I have been using Amazon Kindle's for years. I bought this as a gift for my sister and she loves it. I have the Paperwhite and this model is less expensive but now offers the night light also. The only differences between the New Kindle & the Paperwhite is that this is less expensive and the pixels are a little lower, but for the price, it is a great deal!!

The old one was no running out of battery power in less than a day. After getting the All-New, I discovered the only problem with the old Paper White was the USB cable I was using to charge it. I bought a new cable and am back in business. So I returned the All-New for a refund at Best Buy under their superb return policy.

Distraction free reading

This has been the best ereader many years ago, but the outdated UI and touch screen lags a bit. The slight glare is disappointing, and the screen resolution could use a strong refresh. The basics are still good, but this needs to have more significant updates than Amazon has given in quite some time.
