Purchased this for a person with dementia and playing music is very calming to him. He can ask Alexa to play music from the 50's and it brings back good memories for him.

Works as expected. On one of my echos, I seem to have to regularly unplug and replug in the device to get it to connect to my network.

My youngest daughter had one and I really liked it, so I bought one. It's very informative, and it's entertaining. Also, lots of songs, games, and easy to set alarms.

Have a few dots, and decided to get the Echo. This thing is awesome. The sound from such a small speaker is amazing. I will probably buy more of them to replace the dots.

This replaced an echo dot and sounds way better. I got it on sale and ordered from Bestbuy online. Great deal! Speaker sounds amazingly good for its size and price.

The Echo comes packed with several "skills" ready to go out of the box. Integrated easily into my network and other on-line capabilities to deliver music, news summary or weather very easily. It can also be taught additional "skills" that you can easily build or grab from a shared library. Only going to get better.

Loved this gift!! Perfect for my dad to listen to music. He can even bring it out to the shed while working & garage while cleaning the car. Easy to move! !

This is a nice updated look to the Echo and performs well. The sound has improved bass from the 1st generation, although the volume is not capable of going quite as loud IMO.

I love this little speaker. It produces great sound quality. I have 3 of them at my place and love how you can sync music to play on all three at the same time.

The generation 2 echo sounds much better than the original and you can definitely notice an increase in the bass. I am a hug fan of the echo and own 2 dots, and one gen 1 echo, and 1 gen 2 echo. The only drawback with this echo is it seems not to understand what i am telling it to do as well as the original did.

I am still learning how to really use Alexa. So far, though I can play the music of my choice and the sound quality is wonderful. She can't answer many of my questions, but I hope I can learn more so we can talk easier. Music, alarm, weather, time, local news, and specific musical artists.

Really enjoying Alexa. She can play music we request, radio stations we request, give us the weather report, and even tell jokes. Questions we use to google, we now ask Alexa.

This is by far the best speaker you can find on this price range, adding that its main purpose is to be used as Amazon Alexa, its sound quality is really impressive.

Bought this to add to my Alexa system. Out of all of my Alexa speakers, this has the best speaker system with deeper bass. Add this to Alexa, and you get a pretty powerful gadget.

This was a great Christmas gift for my granddaughter. Even my 3 year old grandson can get Alexa to play his favorite music.... Harry Conick Jr. and Trombone Shorty!

Bought this for my parents. Took a few minutes to show them how to use it. They call me daily and tell me how they love Alexis, or Alex hahaha I keep telling them it’s Alexa.. lol

I'm giving for a gift. Hear they are fun to have. I've always wanted one myself and hope to get one for Christmas.

Works great and unlike Siri this piece understands a person with an accent and very well actually. For the price it's a good deal. Very entertaining and can be educational as well.
