Sound is good quality, although I find it hard to get a mid ground between too soft and too loud. Otherwise, it's small on the table and does what you'd think.

The sound quality is pretty good for a small device, but is certainly no Bose. Alexa is sometimes not as smart as she should be, and not as funny as Siri.

Sometimes she decides she doesn’t like the WiFi connection, or has selective hearing - typical...lol. But for the most part, I am very pleased with the product!
