I am happy with the sound while playing music. Not super loud but comes out sounding good. Not a lot of bass, but I wasn't really buying it for music. I wanted something that sounded better than the DOT. Picks up my voice from across the room, and does everything I thought it would. Great with the Phillips lights and the Eco-bee thermostat.

I bought an Echo and Echo plug just for fun. Well Alexa lives up to that and then some. It’s not a bad sounding speaker at all. Just had a party and besides playing music, people had a blast asking her things. I have some lights that are difficult to turn on. I plugged them I to Alexa, now it’s easy, just tell her to do it!

I bought this for my mother who recently moved from a big house to a small condo where she had little room for a stereo system so I bought her an Amazon Alexa and she loved how she could listen to all her music and listen to her favorite radio stations wih great sound quality while taking very little space!

Great sound. It is easy to navigate. Family enjoys it.

This is our second one. This one stays in the Loft while the other one is in the kitchen. It can fully control smart connections in our house. I tried the echo 5, but the sound is not as good as this one. There is a limitation on the sound though on this unit. It sounded good but it starts to lose the bass as you increase the volume. If Bose has a version of Alexa, I will get the Bose. However, for the price, this is really good because I bet Bose will cost more if they create one with Alexa control.

I bought this for my girlfriends kitchen and it has been impressive so far! She likes to play music while cooking, it can also read recipes or answer questions, we use it to schedule reminders and to orders things if need be. It can even control her light bulbs! would highly recommend.

This was a gift for my wife and she loves it. Connecting to the app was easy. The only down side is that you cannot connect two users to the same Echo. We're still learning all the ways it can be used - but look forward to the possibilities.

I bought this for a kitchen speaker. I have Sonos down stairs. THis speaker does not compare to those, but the price was right. Also, now my husband and I can add to our lists in the kitchen where an Echo was most definitely needed. Perfect!

Easy to use, and set up. Entertaining for the whole family

I bought this to have music in my kitchen and to use as an intercom with Echos in upstairs bedrooms. Good sound for kitchen use. As I was worried about water getting on the Echo on the kitchen counter, I put it on a candlestick. Not only did this solve that problem, the sound flows through the room better and it's more decorative.

JUST PURCHASED THE ALEXA AND WAS BLOWN AWAY. VERY EASY TO GET STARTED AND ALL THE THINGS IT DOES. I ASKED SO MANY QUESTIONS AND SHE HAD ALL THE ANSWERS WITH OUT ME GOING TO GOOGLE TO FIND THEM. I ASKED HER TO PLAY SONGS FROM MY CHILDHOOD DAYS AND SHE DID IT. I LOVE HER. I HAVE NOT EVEN USED ALL OF HER CAPABILITIES.

Connected it with Echo Plus. I now have 4 Echo devices, all connected through Echo, slowly working on making my home smart home.

Had to call to set it up. Need to learn more about it, have to push a button first to get it to do anything. Thought all you had to do is tell it to do something like play this artist or what not but you have to go and push a button first.
