My son had me to order him one after he used the one I have.

Does all what the Echo does, just sound more mono, not as rich sounding as Echo. We use the Dot more in morning, like an alarm and some get ready for the day music. Sound is okay, but could be pair with speakers to improve, as expected. Otherwise does everything the Echo does, and we are enjoying it after only a few days of use.

We LOVE our Echo Dot! It works great and is very convenient. We use it with the Philips Hue lights and we can't imagine life without it. We love our Echo Dot so much we went out and purchased another one for our bedroom.

The Amazon - Echo Dot was a great buy. We have one in every room in our house, by choice, not by necessity. We are able to listen to music, get trivial questions answered, and have a shopping list right there when we need it.

Fun to experiment all the potential uses. Really neat device!

It is connected to our main Alexa so it plays all the same music and is a great satellite music player for other rooms in the house. The sound quality is not the best but that is to be expected as it is such a small device. But, for it's intended purpose it works fine.

I love this hands free device. I knew nothing about it before I got it besides I could play music on it. I can know also turn my lights on and off with it and play games on it and check the time and weather.

I love that I can check the weather, play music, convert measurement, lock my front door, set the alarm, and find out if a certain food my son just dropped on the floor it’s poisonous to dogs- all hands free

My daughter who is five loves talking to Alexa to find all of her favorite music. It’s great because we don’t have to help her. It’s the perfect size to move from room to room. She loves to dance along!

This product is great. It’s interactive with you and will do great things like play music, create lists, send messages, etc. This is another cool gadget to have around and the size is perfect so you can put it anywhere.

I love my dot. I have it hooked up to my stereo using a $5.00 RCA plug adapter and all I have to do is ask alexa to play whatever song I want. Or just ask it for the time, the news, the weather. This thing is wonderful.

Like the idea that they both came as combo with great price.

Its small, it works and best of all - its just a lot of fun.

Excellent product. Lots of fun and lots of good information. A little hard to set up with all the skills needed with the application. Many don't seem to work right away, takes time to figure out. Once figured out works pretty well.

The more I use the Echo Dot the more I like it! Switching from my iPhone to another Bluetooth device is so easy. Making it easy to connect to any Bluetooth speaker. I think I like the Echo Dot better than the Echo, so much more affordable to have in multiple rooms. I use it mostly for music, weather updates and beside alarm clock.

Anything from answering a question, setting a timer, or turning off your lights, this thing does it all. I would highly recommend that you already have an Amazon Prime account to get access to all of its features.

This hooks up to everything, Alexa is very helpful product.
