Everyone knows AI is taking over and even though I'm a late adopter, the Echo is fun. Whether it's asking basic questions or just using it as a speaker, it gets the job done.

It's a great product from Amazon, works perfectly with my Nest thermostat and Belkin - WeMo Switch. Besides voice control these devices, I often use it to listen the news briefing and weather forecast in the morning,

I have 3 dots and 1 echo I Love them and my kids love them we use them everyday. My kids ask about weather everyday to know how to dress for school. They are up dating them everyday so they just keep getting better.

This is my first Echo Dot. I also have a first gen Echo. While the audio quality of the Dot cannot compare to the Echo, it is extremely good given it's size. Set up and use are both a breeze.

Love having Alexa in my home. I recommend this as a gift for yourself or anybody really. She is fun to play with and very useful for information and home automation. Best purchase i have made in a very long time

this product was cost effective and easy to setup, and is very expandable . Looking into the 2 gen versions

I hooked it up to my receiver and I am very happy to be able to yell at her from another room what to play, lol. Because it’s connected to speakers in every room I have music everywhere

I like this way better than googles version. The sound quality could be better, but hey it does the trick.

No offense, Amazon. This is a good little thing to play with, but because there are still so many things that alexa doesn't know I'll stick with Google home for now. (Although, I own twoecho dots)

I use my echo dot everyday. I only have 2. I plan to buy one for every room. I use it to tell the weather, set my alarm, ask questions about who is and what is. My favorite feature is using my alexa app to connect with my echo at home. I can make “announcements” to my kids at home via the echo through a text or I can use “drop in” and listen and speak to them like an intercom. Those are my 2 favorite features. I can also use it to tell my children stories (the stories are limited unless you purchase some but they do have some. Peter Rabbit is the one that usually plays at bedtime for free). I also love using the nature sounds for bedtime as well.

I have several Echo's around the house. I like being able to ask questions and get a response without having to go to my iPad, Mac or iPhone. It is very helpful in adding to our shopping list, playing music, etc.

I love our new Alexa! I purchased this for my mom for her birthday and she didn't know how to act! We was up til almost 2 a.m. playing with Alexa. She is an excellent addition to your network and your family!
