I love this small, easy to install unit. You can tuck it away in the natural environment of your home, and have the attention of Alexa at any given moment. It works terrific with the Ring security system, Amazon and Samsung apps. My kids have even learned how to use it to help with homework!

Alexa is fun to interact with. I still need to figure out how to connect a few things but seems like it will be easy.

I enjoy getting sports scores especially if I stop watching a game before it ends. I also like getting the weather.

The echo dot is a great tool for the kids doing their homework. They simply asked and instead of typing it in the computer the echo gives them a quick and easy way of learning information

I love the Echo dot. It is the smallest of the series and it's not obtusive. The sound carries throughout the house.

Recently decided to dip my to into home automation. One of the tools that was recommended was the echo dot. I have to say I love it. It can be used for so many tasks and interacts with many other pieces of equipment. Does a great job of recognizing voices from a distance and rarely gets requests wrong. Highly recommend.

It’s a great little device that acts like a Siri (if you’re an Apple user) accept it seems to hear a little better.

Works with Wemo plugs for home automation. My mother is semi crippled and there are many times she cannot walk. With the Dot it allowed me to setup a Wemo plug to the lights so she could just turn them on with her voice. It also gives her answers to many things and small enough to reside on her nightstand. It is amazing!

Great smart speaker, allows you to look up recipe, set time, set wake alarm, order from amazon prime and many more.

Good product. Easy to setup. Bought with an Echo Look, so it seems limited, but for the cost it is very functional.

We love the Amazon Echo Dot because along with all the other cool things it does, it works great with Phillips Hue!

Alexa can pretty much do it all And for the price you will be thrilled great product like having a mini assistant

I absolutely love them I own three of them., scattered around the house.. My wife at first was like this is just a little toy but she uses it as much as I do now. It controls our Philips Hue bulbs and a Wemo switch at this time and I will be adding more home automation products. Go online and watch the videos and see what all these devices can do it is amazing. The shopping list feature has saved us enough money to pay for it. No more over spending on groceries or return trips because we forgot something. We listen to music, news, weather, podcast and the local radio on it plus control home automated products. We continue to find more uses for it daily and all I can say is buy one. I also have the Google Home and it is very similar but does not have all the features of the Amazon yet. I did disable the online purchases I am not quite the lazy yet. It is convenient when you have an order coming from Amazon you ask where my stuff and it gives you an update on the delviery. The mailman dropped off a package the other day and I asked where's my stuff and it already new it had been delivered before he got back in his truck, just too cool.

the echo dot works great with amazon prime We can listen to music, quiz games, ask questions. As a whole we are very happy with the performance of the echo dot. it does get loud enough.

A great addition to any home. The kids love having Alexa around the house. The sound is good even in my large home.

Weather, News, Trivia, Music and many other uses Amazon echo dot does it all. Very pleased with my dot..Easy setup.
