Alexa works awesome. Works great with Logitech hub to turn on the tv by asking Alexa to turn on tv. Great for playing music.

I had the original Echo and wanted to add the functionality to another room of the house. The Dot does this and works great.

Does exactly what it says it will do. Very easy installation. Lots of fun to play with, highly recommend.

great gadget, but go with the next generation echo dot for a few more bucks...sounds much better/louder...still a great deal for $20

Absolutely love the echo dot, this is the third one that I have purchased. Compact and pairs well with my blue tooth items.

Very easy to setup and use. I'll be adding additional home automation that Alexa can control. Very well worth the 50 bucks.

Awesome better than Siri. Alexa seems to have answers to most of the questions. Love to play Amazon music on Alexa.

Great Alexa Dot device especially comes in handy when you also have an Echo device in a separate part of the house!

I have one of these in almost every room of my apartment. Easy way to use with lights that are automated.

I have to say both my wife and I love the Dot- we now own two. It is brilliant for connecting to bluetooth speakers and playing music. It is also very good for things like the weather.... and you can add 'skills' (similar to apps on a smart phone), but this is where it falls down in my opinion. You have to remember for each 'skill' you add, how to ask Alexa. These often have to be done in a very specific way, using the name of the 'skill' and quite frankly it is a nightmare trying to remember them all. You also get varying results from these 'skills' (but there is a list of top rated and most of those are good/do work). I wish it would answer questions like google's version

It’s a really easy to install assistant and was well worth the 29.99! Only problem I see is the issues amazon has to resolve with google such as using YouTube with Alexa... simple as that

This is my 2nd echo dot and you get what you pay for. The sound quality isn't near as good as the Echo Plus, but it definitely does the job for basic personal assistant tasks.

Works like a charm, especially coupled with my Nest thermostat and Hue lighting systems. Echo made my smart home brilliant.

A really nice alarm clock to wake up by. Easy to listen to music and get the weather reports before getting out of bed.

Bought the large device and this as a package deal. The price was better, so made it worth it. Mostly use alexa for listening to music. So far haven't had much use for other features.

Love the echo, used it to place it in my garage, and send voice command to turn on my alarm system just before I leave.
