Small. Easy. And great with an additional plug in on the bottom. We added a clock. Acts as a night light and clock. Perfect!

Fantastic little device to extend Alexa's abilities throughout the home. I personally use it with a battery powered Bluetooth speaker in the bathroom but, even without the speaker, it still gives off plenty of sound. Needless to say, music does not sound great on it and it's much more suited towards asking and answering questions, controlling the smart home, or the spoken word (ie news, talk radio, etc). Add a Bluetooth speaker and you have it all. Highly recommended as long as you understand its limits.

The speaker is a little tinny sounding compared the the echo dot. The USB port on the bottom is useful to charging phones and headphones.

Easy set up & works great in my workshop. Controls the lights & can listen to music...not as gaood a quality as my dot but great for a shop.

I was not expecting to like this speaker due to its compact size but that turns out to be the best feature it has. it just plus in the wall outlet, no cabling, not power adapter needed. Louder than I expected so that's a plus. My only regret that I didn't buy a bunch of them since they were only $9.99 plus free smart light bulb

Size is small so you are not losing any space for another socket. The speaker is only mediocre, but at this price, I cannot complain.

I have several Echo Dots but when I'm doing chores at the kitchen sink they are too far away to hear clearly. This Echo Flex plugs in next to my coffee maker and is perfect. It has all of the functionality of an Echo Dot or even an Echo. It sounds about the same as a cell phone (on speaker). That's fine. I'm usually listening to the weather or telling it to turn on the lights. I'm completely satisfied. PS: I named it "computer" so it doesn't overpower my "Alexa" in the next room.

I have this product all over my house, it’s not the loudest of the line but it gets the job done.

I love having Alexa in another part of the house without having to purchase another Echo or Dot. This was really easy to set up and it comes in handy when I just want to know what the time or weather is for the day. I'm sure I'll use it for other things, but the speaker sound or volume doesn't appear to be an issue, as mentioned in other reviews. Be realistic, the size of this can't really be considered great for listening to music. For $9.99, it can't be beat for ease and access.

Smaller easier to hide Alexa. Not as clear or as loud as the others. But for the price I paid. Not bad.

I plugged it into the wall and it worked. Basically, I bought this to fill in a coverage dead zone on the main level of my home; top of the basement steps, outside two bedrooms and a bath. Previously, I had to walk down a hall to the kitchen, so that Alexa could hear my request to turn on the basement lights. I'm not in the group that is paranoid about privacy. This little plug doesn't have a great speaker. That one's in the living room. Now I can address Alexa anywhere in the house, in my normal voice level.

When I read about these online, I was like "why?" But I ended up getting one. I put it in the bathroom and it's great. When getting ready in the morning, I get my "Alexa flash briefing". When ... "sitting on the throne", I can play Jeopardy (lol), and I have it linked to a blutooth speaker, so when I take a shower, I just "Alexa link to speaker" and "Alexa open Pandora"! Plus I had already added a smart switch for the lights and fan and shower lights. So this is THE PERFECT addition!

Great little option when you want a low profile speaker. Limited sound quality for music but otherwise serves its purpose

This is a good device to have paired to a bluetooth speaker to perhaps use in the bathroom where you don't want something plugged in and taking up space on the vanity. Don't get it to listen to music out of its monospeaker as you'll be disappointed by its sound for that. Works well for my purpose. It does often stutter, though, when I ask it to stop playing music, which is why I'm only giving it 4 stars. Still, a good inexpensive option for those invested in the Alexa / Amazon ecosystem.

Quality of sound is not that great. ease of use and small size are two biggest advantages
