Easy to set up, easy to use apps are awesome and sounds great!

I have been greatly impressed with the Alexa. A friend loves calling me and asking her Alexa questions. We share alot of laughs just discovering all the things she can do. So I just had to purchase an Alexa for myself. I'm just beginning set my Alexa up. I hope it's easy because I'm not tech. salve. I've got to go and get started with the set-up.

Wanted one for awhile so finally got one. Works great. Way better than Siri on my iPhone. Speaker works great for music. Very happy overal

I bought the package that came with a Philips Smart Light Bulb. It is pretty cool. I can walk in my house and control the light by just speaking to Alexa:) Can't complain about that. With the smart hub within the Echo Plus it makes it so easy to control smart products by simply talking to Alexa. I've already purchased more smart bulbs..

I’m so sold on Alexa that I have 4 throughout our home; plus I have 12 Philip Hue light bulbs... I bought 2 of these Amazon Plus for both my boys (both live in Atlanta), so as to take advantage of saying, “Alexa, call my son,” and we’ll be able to talk through this new version of Amazon Echo Plus. My home is a smart home through Alexa!

does what its supposed to do. arms my house, turns on/off my lights, sets timers, changes my nest temperature whenever i ask it to! speaker is loud and plays pretty clear as well and i can do everything from my couch

I bought the echo plus that is supposed to come with a Phillips Hue light bulb. I got the echo plus but no light bulb. I contacted Elite Plus and after a very long go around was told I would get a $20 credit on the best buy gift card that I used as part of the payment. I was told it would take up to 15 days to get the credit (why so long). I was also told I would get an email stating info about the credit. I still have not gotten the email. I have my doubts if I will ever see the $20 put back on my gift card. This is the second time I have ordered a bundle from Best Buy online and have received the main item but not the bundled items. Last year I bought a friend a PS4 bundle for XMas. They got the PS4 but none of the included games. I had to call and get the games sent out separately. I don't know what is the problem is with their online ordering when bundled items are included. I am getting very wary of ordering anything online with Best Buy that I will get what I ordered on time. BTW... I really like the Echo Plus. Just not the screw up with the shipping and the initial solution I was offered when I called customer service.

I looked at Google Home .. And the Echo. I went with the Echo after I spoke to a Best Buy employee. They helped me sort out the pros and cons. I do love all the skills that are possible. Its like another person in my apt sometimes. (I live alone) the Echo adjusts my lights and plays my Pandora. I'm pretty much loving it.

I was a bit skeptical as to what the Echo could do so I first bought the Dot but it did not take long to realize that it was exactly as described. Within a few days I was back to the store to purchase the Echo Plus to start my home system. So far I am loving it. I did not receive a Philips Hue bulb with mine though. Might there be a difference in what you receive if you purchase it in store as opposed to buying online? Bummed about that! But still, the Echo line is fun and function...

This has got to be the best electronic purchase I’ve made in recent months! Easy to set up, so many skills to enable, Alexa knows it all! The range is about 30 feet for it to hear and recognize my voice. Be sure to speak clearly. Great purchase, and exceeds my expectations. Works great with my iOS devices too!

Bought this after years of contemplating getting one. Now i have a dot and two light modules. I plan to keep adding to the expanse of its capability. Definately good sound on the plus versus the others. Although looking at the pic i thought i was getting silver. Thats what i get for not reading it first.

Saw Echo dot at my parents. Had to have one. Then I saw the plus. It was so easy to set up. Love the the music steaming. Love the light bulb that came with mine. Makes my life so much easier when I don’t have an empty hand. Guess what, I went back and bought one for my sister for Christmas. Very pleased.

Once its all set up right, its great. Great sound too. If you get the echo plus model you wont need a hub to control lights, plus you can get any other echo model and they will control the lights without a hub. I can control 15 different things in my home from anywhere. And she is great to talk to. LOL

We finally decided to try the Echo system, after months and months of debate. We purchased the Echo Plus & an Echo Dot. The Plus easily handles our main two floors and the Dot handles our upstairs. The Plus's speakers are incredible for its size. We both agree we made the right choice to get the Plus.

I like the looks of the Echo Plus and the sound from the speakers is something I didn’t expect to be as nice as it is. I’m using it to tune into my favorite radio station, answer any question I have to look up on the internet and assist me with lighting. I am considering another for a different room.

So far the Echo has been extreme useful. My husband just says start my day in the morning and it gives him the weather and traffic before he leaves for work. It is also is nice to tell it to turn on and off lights in the home with the smart bulbs. Overall I'm extremely satisfied with my Echo plus.

Christmas came in early, I hooked up the echo and my wife,my son and I are able to enjoy, turning the lights and off,get the weather forecast, set timer, find answer to some trivia. I can’t believe we waited this long to get it. Now I need to buy the Nest to control the temperature in the house.

Ask Alexa, and hopefully she’ll do what you need!, To fully unleash this unit audio capabilities you need an Amazon Account or Plan B, use their App, install Tunein Radio (there are far better Apps than this one, but is what you can reliably use) *Pay Attention* to fully hear how good this unit sounds you need to set Radio Stations (on Tunein Radio (Amazon app not the stand alone App) with a Stream of at least 256k or 320k to be near “the promised land” lossless (CD quality) stream... then you”ll be very pleased ! . Volume as a limitation of speaker size is obvious, so use it with common sense!

First amazon product and it is an amazing experience. Wife probably would not be able to set it up herself.
