Our parents are old and not very tech savy so they dont know how to download teams or zoom or anything of that sort. They do however know how to call on facebook messenger so we had to get a Facebook portal along with this one. But other than that it is amazing! Great speaker easy to use and pairs with all of our echo dots

Resolution/Sound great disappointing overall

Motion feature doesn't work whenever there is more than one person in the room. We've ended up turning it off most of the time. Does not respond as well to voice commands and the screen has to be facing you to know if it has acknowledged you.
