Very useful with Alexa for the usual Alexa functionality with the advantage of connecting with others ( friends, family, video Doctors' visits ) using the video capabilities.

Absolutely love my Echo Show 3rd Gen.

Also great for video calls no need to stand in one place be cause of the motion sensor. If you like other echo devices you'll definitely love thus one ,Highly recommend this purchase! My only complaint would be ,I feel it should have a black power cord and not the white one that comes with the black unit,
