    Haven’t figured how to use the video call but it’s nice with the ring app to see whose at the front door. It would be nice if it was wireless.

    The sound quality is't as good as Echo Show 10 Gen 2. We haven't used the motion enough to make a judgement on it's use but we like the Echo show 10's both Gen 2 & 3.

    It’s a great product! However, no way to get zoom calls on there. (Which was a big reason I wanted it.) Also, no Closed caption on calls.
