Sorry to hear about the trouble you're having with your Echo Show 10. I hope I can help provide some information that may help. The first thing I would do is check your internet connection on the device to ensure it is getting a strong enough connection. If that all looks good, you can try one of the following:
Restart your device by:
1. Unplugging the Alexa Device power cable.
2. Plug the Alexa Device power cable back in. Be sure you are using the power cable that came with the device.
If the issue persists, factory reset your device. You'll need to register your device again once the factory reset is complete. All WiFi connections will be reset. You will need to have your network password and Amazon login details after resetting. To factory reset your Alexa device from the Alexa app:
1. Select the Devices icon.
2. Choose your device.
3. Next to "Device is registered to", select Reset to Factory Defaults.
4. Tap Reset to confirm.
For issues with your cameras connecting, I suggest making sure that your specific brand of camera's skill is linked in the Alexa App. Also, be sure your camera is compatible with Alexa devices. To search for the skill, open your Alexa app and click "More" in the bottom right corner. You will then be able to select "Skills & Games". From there, search for your brand of camera and enable the skill. This will link the accounts and should allow you to view your cameras from your Echo Show 10. If it doesn't, you can also try updating the software on your Echo Show 10 and your Alexa App are both updated. To check your device's software, follow these steps:
1. Say, "Go to settings," or swipe down from the top of the screen and select Settings.
2. Select Device Options.
3. Select Check for Software Updates to check for and install software updates.

It is a glorified tiny TV that's all Alexa is a great concept, but WAY ahead of its capabilities.Echos is all you'll be hearing because Alexa understands nothing I completely regret purchasing this I wish I could return for a refund, the list is too long to review but simple function it lacks so why go further? It constantly makes you sign back in after kicking you for no reason. The screen has no option to just close an app. It is an extremely frustrating gadget to use. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

Posted .Hello GlendaP! I am terribly sorry that your sound just randomly turned off on your Show 10. This is not a typical expectation of this device for sure. There are a couple of troubleshooting steps that I would recommend. You could check to see if you have any updates that are stuck or needing pushed through. You can do this by swiping down from the top and navigating to Settings>Device Options>Check for Software Updates(or Install Update or Download Update if one is pending). This will ensure you have the latest software update that has addressed any bugs you may be experiencing. If this does not resolve it, you can navigate to the same screen and tap Factory Reset to reset the device to the beginning settings and allow you to reset it back up from the beginning. If neither of these resolve your issues, I would recommend contacting Amazon Customer Support at 888.280.4331 for further assistance.
