This generation of Alexa was released too early. Too many issues with it. Continuously doesnt listen, has to be rebooted, disconnected. The screen freezes and doesn’t listen to commands . Everyone that comes over says your Alexa is stupid. We have it set up as our command center in our kitchen that opens up to our family room as well. We have warranty on it, and thank goodness we decided it to buy extra warranty because it does not function properly.

I love the product. The only problem is that Some times it gets stuck on a page .

I was a bit hesitant to buy the Echo Show after reading some mixed reviews, but I decided to give it a chance, and overall, I’m glad I did. The device is sleek, the sound quality is impressive for its size, and the screen makes it great for video calls, recipes, and smart home controls. Alexa responds quickly, and the integration with other devices is seamless. The only downside is that I’ve noticed a slight burn-in effect on the screen after extended use, which is disappointing. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it does take away from an otherwise great experience. If not for that issue, it would be a perfect 5-star product.

Great device! We are an Alexa house hold and I always wanted a command center in my home. I can use this as just that. I have a Calendar, smart buttons, in my kids can ask it to play whatever they want all from one device. It’s great you can even mount it on the wall.

I mounted it on my kitchen wall and it’s perfect! I listen to my music while I’m cooking even watch a movie when I’m cooking! One of my many purchases from Beat Buy that I’m crazy over. Everything is at the touch of my fingers with using the remote. I listen and watch news from all around the world and the clarity is amazing!

This is a great device. Not only does it display our favorite family photos & play music, but it also keeps our family organized by displaying our family calendar and shared lists. We can also keep our toddler entertained with YouTube shows while we wash dishes or prep meals. We mounted it over our coffee bar so it’s a centralized location for the entire family. We ALL Love it! We even gifted one to both our parents.

Great size great upgrade love the idea that it can be set in my kitchen. Claire is great easy to set up but a challenge to pair the remote. I have it displayed on a table in my kitchen corner. It would be very hard to mount on the wall because the power cord is too short. If you plan to station it at a level where everyone can see it I like the idea that by sitting it on a table you can mobilize it from point a to point B movies picture clearly easy to operate, overall it’s OK

I use the Echo Show 15 as a viewing screen for my Ring door bell.. When the ring detects someone, I can see it on a reasonable sized screen from inside in addition to what Alexa can do. Pretty easy to setup and we discover new things this can do every day. I had no interest in these things until it was recommended that this would work as a viewing screen for the ring. Very happy with the end result.

This thing is amazing! I had it for over a year already and use it almost daily for a variety or reasons, most frequently for its Fire TV, Web browser, music streaming and smart home hub. It comes with a wall mount, but I bought a stand sold separately so it can be on my desk.

It is a large beautiful picture frame, and of course all of the benefits and features of an Alexa Show product. Use for TV news shows in the morning without waking the house. Haven’t used the call or drop-in feature but glad that is an option No issues after a few weeks. Initially expensive but value with a discount

We got this Echo Show 15 before the upgrade to Fire TV. Installed it over our sink in the kitchen which gives us a great look and makes it easy to see for all who are in the kitchen. Now, with the Fire TV upgrade, watching our favorite shows or just tuning everything out is so much easier. Initially bought so my husband can see daily/weekly schedule for our kids.

I have mine in the kitchen. Works great for TV while cooking/cleaning the kitchen, and also as a center point for shopping needs, appointments, reminders, etc. Use it to find new recipes, weather details...so many things.

At first this looked like an excellent display for multiple things in our lives. We ultimately wanted to use it as a digital picture frame with addition tasks at the bottom of the screen (calendar, to do's, etc.) I went throught the entire setup and made sure all the extra ads were turned off and random notifications removed from the image cycle so we only say out photos at the top as we had it in the vertical orientation. Uploaded a couple dozen images with no problem directly via the app. The issue was that we saw 2 pictures, ad, 1 picture, ad, 2 pictures, ad, ad... and there is no way to turn this feature off. I didn't just pay over $200 for an ad driven screen. if Amazon is going to push tons of ads through this thing it shouldn't be a t a premium cost. I'm returning this and would not recommend it to anyone that wants it for more that just amazon shopping and random suggestions for things on amazon.

I bought this to replace an echo show 8 in my kitchen. I used (the pricey) under-counter mount* and it looks great. I like that the Show can go in landscape or portrait. Some apps act funny in portrait (eg. Price is Right, Jeopardy), but it's nice to easily rotate with ease. I love: the BIG screen which shows some video during flash briefings, the ability to add SOME apps (weather, Ring cam), FireTV streaming (HULU, Netflix, Amazon, Disney+) just got added this week (no experience yet). I don't think i can "cast" to it...that I've found which I wish I could do to add some other recipes besides the one Recipe App that can be added. I'm a gadget grabber when the price is good. Satisfied customer so far...hope layoffs at Amazon don't ruin the future of this cool gadget...If they added airplay and or screen-mirroring I'd have paid more for it :) * with some difficulty...I needed to add some support wood as my cabinets had a bottom flashing/molding that made it too narrow to fit the wide bracket...a slap of plywood leveled the undercabinet surface and solved that!

I've had this for a year or so. Super handy with the calendar, lists, visually seeing the connected device that are on. Its just great. I don’t use it for the fire tv. More for a tool to keep the household organized.

I love it! I have it on my table, it can also be hung on the wall but its a little heavy. I connected my alexa controller to it. Sound and picture is great.

I'm so happy I got this. It comes with firetv and has a side panel of apps that are shortcuts for easier up to date information like weather and traffic/commute time. It also connects to Ring cameras and doorbells. Huge screen makes it easier to read from far away. Loud volumes for alarms and announcements.

I work from home and use it fot my reminders and to keep up with my kids' schedules. My family can also check the calender to see what we have coming up. I also can catch up on shows while working. Its the best!
