Big screen for videos and video calling. Speakers Sound great.

Super excited to give this as a gift. It's super convenient that Best Buy has Echo products in store instead of having to purchase from Amazon.

Got this as a Christmas present for a friend. Set up took less than 15 minutes and before we knew it Alexa was in the house! Integrated this with a camera system, wifi thermostats and remote lights, and everything works great. Very sleek design with truly excellent build quality and sound. Definitely recommended, especially if it's on sale!

Got this for my mother who's eye site has been failing to the point of not being able to dial the phone or write down appointments. She can now video chat with members of the family. Send emails, check her appointments, place phone calls just by requesting it. It has helped her so much.

I like the ease and usage of the amazon show. I have a amazon echo and I decided to upgrade to this for the video call. Overall great product!

Not sure I would like this, however, words to songs..Great and ability to view my outdoor and Indoor cameras is a plus. Still learning to use.

I purchased one of these for my parents and one for us as Christmas presents. More convenient to use then the FaceTime function on a phone since you do t have to hold it. I’m able to catch up with my parents while I cook dinner. Also great for making shopping lists, checking on Amazon orders, etc. so much functionality and so easy to use.

I bought this as a gift so I haven't gotten to use it much yet. The initial setup was really easy and I am sure that she is going to love it!

Nice to see the weather, put pictures on it, see video of the news or songs, can show words with songs and they connect to other one I have.

Amazon has made another great product! The “show” goes perfectly in the kitchen! Recipes, music,weather! All done hands free!! Fast set up!

I bought 2 of these for gifts. I love my Echo and think the new one will be incredible too! After the holidays, I will buy one for myself!

no problems so far I'm enjoying it. suggestion : it should come with some outputs plugs to connect it to bigger speakers / sound system

I bought this item and it’s really a great item for information, but it has a hard time to recognize your voice when asking a question.

Lots of fun. The video capability adds significant value over the regular Echo or Echo Dot. Seeing upcoming events, news, etc. on the screen is nice, as well as being able to get video updates. I've read the specs on the improvements in the 2nd Gen Echo Show, but the discounted 1st Gen seems to be a lot more bang for the buck.

I absolutely love that I can ask Alexa to play any song and she will!! While I'm sure there are playlist limitations, I haven't encountered that since buying in November. Alexa is great for weather, news and helping answer my daughter's funny questions about random things. I would recommend purchasing. However, we haven't used the calling feature to another Amazon Show, we have used the calling feature from the app to our Show & that works fine.

We have this set up in our kitchen/dining area and use it all the time. My son likes to watch youtube on it and my wife uses it to stream her tv shows. We also use it to play music when we are eating dinner. It doesn't take up a whole lot of space on the counter and it's very well built. I recommend this highly.

I love the Echo Show. The only reason it’s not getting 5 stars is because sometimes the picture can shake but, it comes and goes and doesn’t stay. They have updated the Echo Show also. I’m not even sure you can get this version any longer. Anyway, I like being able to drop in on family and actually see their faces (especially on my grandmother who has health issues and doesn’t always fess up when she needs help. A picture is worth 1000 words)
