This is an awesome product. This is the first Echo product I owned and I purchased 2 to get $100 off. I was going to split with a friend but like this so much that I decided to keep both. I've being singing along with the stream song with lyrics while doing work in the kitchen and house and watching youtube videos. The videos on Youtube takes a more effort to find the ones I want but I think this will improve over time.

Been working on the project to make our home to be a smarter home. I saw these Alexa Show on the black friday sale and I had to get a couple of them. In my opinion, I am very happy with my decision to get the Alexa Show overall. Setup is really a breeze and you can get the Alexa show powered on and ready within 10 minutes. I love the customization that you can do on the home screen to show you trending news and weather information. I think the Alexa show works a little better if you have a prime account to play music and video. I really like it when you play music that it will show the lyrics of the song on the screen as well. Alexa can respond to you quite easily from anywhere in the room. I was surprised by how far she could hear me once I called the wake word even when she was playing music at the same time. The speaker on the show is actually not too shabby but if you want to use an external speaker you can use the Bluetooth option to have the Show device connect too. You may need to experiment with the settings to get customize just the way you like. Overall very happy with this version of the Alexa platform that I had to get two of them for my house.

Purchased this as a part of our smartphone systems that we were installing in our home. We had Best Buy, and install the Alexa system and it has been so much better and have had a seamless experience with integration of multiple Smart Home devices. Would highly recommended.

Great product, but I still use my iPhone for most things. I bought this for my family for Christmas. The plan was to upgrade to the newer more expensive version if we liked it, and to send this one to the folks in Florida, so they can video chat with the kids. We used to Skype with them, but there always seems to be a problem with Skype either on our end or theirs. We keep it in the kitchen, it works great for playing music on pandora while I’m cooking. Also, makes a great timer while my hands are full of food. Useful for looking up some basic stuff, but not super smart. I’m sure it has a lot of features I’m not taking advantage of yet. Haven’t used it for video chat since we discovered WhatsApp shortly after we got it. Overall it was worth the money. Don’t think I need to upgrade.

I picked up the show on a Black Friday deal. I probably would never have paid full price. I am glad I have the show, it is actually quite useful. The sound quality is also better than the standard echo. At the moment, my only complaints are the lack of YouTube support and the price.. It will be interesting to see what features Amazon will add to the show in the future.

Love talking face to face with family and friends back in the Philly area. It is easy to use and to stay in touch. I can show family things that I have recently bought by holding it up to the camera instead of having to go into a long description on a phone line.

I have been using the Echo product for a while, and when this one went on sale, I decided to pick it up for my parents. What a fun and engaging gift! It provided hours of fun, just asking questions to see how it would respond. It was easy to set up, quickly connected to wifi, and has great video and sound. Having the words to songs scroll on the screen was great, especially for older songs when people didn't know the right lyrics :) This was a great purchase, and I will be getting the second generation one for my house when it becomes available again.

Thisnis great for video calls and it is available at a great price. I only give it four stars as you can get the 2nd gen with a larger better defined screen and improved speakers. Stil, this is great if you are on a budget.

We are loving it so far! Bought with a great deal and was able to use previous best buy awards to get it cheap. We also ended up buying another one for the parents for Christmas so we can chat back and forth! I love how all the echo's connect now in our home.

Moved my Alexa Echo to the bedroom so I can have Echo Show in the kitchen. Drop in is very cool as is the drop down feature. Good size and the sound quality is pretty good. Bought one for our son who lives in Texas; nice chatting with him like FaceTime.

It's very nice. Sounds surprisingly good for how small it is. It is really good for just common things like news, weather etc. It can create lists easily and keep track of them. I wish it had more functionality if you asked it other kinds of questions, such as "Alexa, can you tell me about (insert subject)" other than the ones that are prompted.

I had been looking for the product for a while. After much research, I bought it and I am not disappointed. It is a great product. I can tell I won't be bored learning all that the echo show can do. If you're thinking about buying it, just go for it.

So we added this to our Echo family of devices. It's nice to have screen, but I honestly don't find I use it as much as I thought I would. The video calling feature would be pretty great IF we knew more people with a video capable Echo device.... Also, we've had some technical issues that I haven't been able to resolve as of yet. Ultimately, this is a powerful little gadget and can be fun to pop on a movie while sitting at the kitchen bar counter. It's also awesome to be able to display our security camera feed for the outdoor cameras, but you should probably investigate it's features and your needs before splurging on this over one of the more 'traditional' echo devices. It's essentially an Alexa enabled tablet with a nice speaker, so something to think about.

Love the new Echo Show! Picture is clear and the microphones pick up my voice from far away. My wife likes it for recipes on the go and the Show it is always thinking. Music sounds great coming from this small unit. It was the talk of Christmas!

This is not my first Echo product - we have 3 Echo dots. This is a step up for us. I have it placed in the kitchen and love it! The sound is outstanding and I love the screen feature. I will be buying additional ones for family as well as myself.

The price is a little high, but overall I have been pleased with the upgrade over the standard Echo. I have the original, two 2nd gen dots, and now the Show. Sound quality is improved on the Show. We have a Philips Hue system, Wink, Ring, and Wemo stuff all running perfectly with Alexa. The screen on the Show isn't really necessary for most things, but it is nice to be able to video chat with family and peek in on the camera at the front door. If all you do is play music with your Echo, you don't need this, but overall I think it was worth the upgrade for us.

I use to communicate with family. I love the drop in feature and it’s much easier to hear everyone as opposed to FaceTime on speakerphone. It has more to offer, but that is enough for me to recommend for anyone who uses video to keep in touch.

Great electronic , very easy to install me and my family enjoy the things that Alexa do very satisfied with my service that I received from Best Buy when I purchase it looking forward to shopping there more often and I'm a new customer there

Gave it to my husband for his birthday and he loves it! He is able to change the screen picture from his phone so there are different pictures everyday. Nice to tell Alexa to keep track of what we need at the store. Can’t wait to use it more!
