Debated on whether to go with a smart speaker. So happy we did. Very easy to set up. Had one time that it would play one song then stop. Unplugged it. It reset immediately and worked fine. Only issue is we do have smart light bulbs set up with it which we like. We found out if our electricity is shut off due to storms or whatever, once it comes back on the lights all automatically come on full force. I would not recommend if you are going to be away for a long period of time on vacation or anything that you leave your light switches on because otherwise when you get back home, all of your lights will have been on the whole time. I will not be purchasing anymore light bulbs or other smart plugs due to that reason. But for music, information, etc. it works great!

Overall the show has been great and we love all of the features like seeing the lyrics to music on screen, watching Hulu, seeing recipes be performed, etc. The only bad thing is she gets overwhelmed sometimes when sharing your news briefing and you need to unplug her for a while and let her restart other than that she's amazing.

Much improved. Sound quality is noticeably better. Screen is bigger; layout is logical and controls are intuitive. Went with lighter color this time, and result is good. Wait for one of the frequent sales and pick one up.

This speaker is AMAZING! It’s one of the loudest speakers I’ve heard and it has a beautiful screen!!! Very easy to set up and connect with all other Amazon devices in the house.

Absolutely fantastic product. Much larger than the first generation of Echo Shows. My first gen is still kicking but I may just replace it with this one anyway. We use echo at our home and a vacation home. We can use the devices as intercoms to talk to one-another regardless of which home we are at. I also use the chore feature to assign and remind the kiddos to complete their chores. I can't imagine living without this useful device. The second gen is very large and the speakers are outstanding. Perfect for playing itunes or videos and listening to your news update.

Wanted to replace an Echo Plus in our kitchen. Kitchen is at center of house with open concept which allows view to screen at all times. Screen is handy for general displayed items such as upcoming events, timers, recipes, pictures, security cams, music info, etc. Sound is better than Plus model but not by much. Low end is improved but overpowering to point where vocals are muddied. Also muddies Alexa's voice to where sometimes you can't understand what she is saying. Because screen is now up front, speakers are essentially rear or side firing so this coupled with it being located under cabinets might be creating this boomy effect but luckily there are now sound adjustments to turn the bass way down to get happy medium for all functions. I use the Show for ad-hoc music needs but prefer to connect to my home theater via bluetooth for a much better listening experience. All-in-all, very nice, quality device which enhances the Alexa experience.

This item is easy to setup and use. It's practically plug and play. Personalizing it through the app takes a little effort, but not overly difficult. The Alexa app could be more user friendly. This Echo easily connects to other devices, you can communicate with other devices easily, it works with Zoom meetings and you can easily turn off the camera with a flick of a switch (there is a physical switch); that way you don't have to worry about anyone peeping in on you. The speaker is good and the sound is clear even when playing music at maximum levels, which will easily fill a large room.

I love my Amazon Echo Show 10. The picture on the 10" screen is crisp and clear and very easy to see . The sound is phenomenal and outrivals all of the radios that I have in my home . I love that you can get recipes and the weather forecast, amongst other things . Ask Alexa almost any question and she will give you a reply . I have gone crazy with this item and I now have 2 of them in my home. I have also purchased 1 for a neighbor who loved mine . I also own 3 Echo Plus and 1 Echo Dot . All of these Amazon products are outstanding and I would recommend them to everyone .

I purchased two of the Amazon Echo shows. I purchase one for my mother as a gift! She loved it. I purchased one for myself. I absolutely love this product. I use the Amazon Show for waking me up, to listening to music, checking the forecast, daily news and to answer questions I may have. I would recommend this product to anyone who is considering purchasing it. I would also recommend purchasing from BestBuy as they have great competitive pricing. The customer service and kindness of their workers are five stars as well. I am a loyal repeat buyer. Thank you!

Awesome Pre-Black Friday price AND bonus lightbulbs? Yes, please. Great chance to upgrade a smaller Echo Show. This one is sharp. Bright screen. Sound is remarkably good for such a small piece of electronics. Built-in equalizer makes a big difference when moving it around my home. Easy set up and linking to all my other smart home devices. Wish Amazon would sync 100% with all my Apple products, but that's not on Best Buy. Does just what it's supposed to do and the bigger size makes it more fun to search out new skills and movies.

Our son gifted us with our first Alexa. Not the brightest at answering questions, but still fun to question, and I loved the hands-free timer and ability to stream NPR. Saw the Amazon Show on sale at Best Buy. Last one there. We brought it home, and husband soon had it installed. Big Sister now lets us use our existing Arlo cameras to see who is at the front door. A friend in Guam regularly calls us on Big Sister. The calendar reminder feature is useful. Big Sister has better speakers, good for music--and her screen shows what's playing, too. A good device I didn't expect to like as much as I do.

This was a gift for my in-laws. They are not Amazon Prime members but this works fine without that membership. It was easy to set up. The screen size is large which makes it easy to see and read. Resolution is crisp and colors excellent. The sound is very nice and there is decent bass when playing music. Voice commands worked well and my 80 plus year old in-laws took to it quickly. They have a Roomba iRobot vacuum and this allows them to command it by voice easily. Very nice product!

We bought one of these along with two little Alexas. One for our bedroom and one in the basement to go with our Amazon Echo Show in the kitchen. They work great as telecom devices throughout the house. We have all of them connected to multiple “home” devices. Very easy to use voice commands to our ease (or laziness) of controlling lights, etc.. Also like the ease of getting weather on request, playing music on request, etc. Bought one for the grandparents and they often visual call us so that we can talk face to face!

My older show with smaller screen kept freezing so traded for the new bigger screen, which I like better. I have had an Alexa Show for almost 2 years. I have used it to check my security cameras such as who is at the front door. I have played games (skills), fun. I have a few pictures I cycle thru. I try many of the new things recommended, recipes, grocery list, timers, news briefs and I can do a lot of this while doing other things. We played toddler music with a great grandchild and danced. I definitely recommend it.

I gave this as a gift to my aunt, who can get confused with the new world of technology, not let me tell you, she loves it! I set it up for her, which was simple and quick, and Alexa pretty much talked her through the rest! She has already sent a couple text expressing how awesome the music is and how easy it is to use! So glad I purchased it, and strongly recommend it to anyone of any age! Oh, and did I mention the sound? That little thing holds an amazing speaker! It rocks! So clear, and can get pretty loud! I love it

Love the Echo. It helps out with so many things and the screen is so large and easy to navigate, sounds great too!

Sound is great and ease of use. Having this in the kitchen is great when the doorbell rings and you can easily see who is there.

We have had an echo dot for many years and bought a six pack a couple of Christmas's ago to give as gifts. Last year I broke down and bought the larger Echo speaker to get better sound quality. I have had the Echo Show for several months now, and truly love it! Besides having a screen that changes every so often, Alexa will give you visual suggestions of thing that you might want to know or to learn. The weather forecast is prominent, and when you play Amazon Music, the words are listed! Kind of like your own karaoke machine!

The screen is pretty big, works great for video calling and the speakers are loud when listening to music.

We have several Echo devices throughout the house but the Echo Show (2nd Gen) has been the best so far. We really like the fact that you can view upcoming events, scroll recipes, do video chats, etc. My wife is a big fan of the song lyrics scrolling while we listen to Amazon Prime Music. The sound from this speaker is very robust so there's no need for an additional speaker. That being said, you can easily pair a bluetooth speaker to it if you feel the need to. Overall, this is a great product!
