Great sound and a very good sized screen makes this a hit in my house. We usually use it to play music but it has Hulu and Prime available, so it makes a great addition to my office and kitchen. All that you would expect from Amazon Alexa plus great A/V at a pretty reasonable cost. The only reason I'm not giving in 5 stars is because it is a bit bulky, but that is probably because of the powerful speakers. Also the responce from Alexa seems slightly less reliable than other Alexa devices. I have to really pause after using the wake word and speak carefully.

Incredibly easy to set up on home and my business wi-fi. Was surprised by the variety of functions from streaming movies to web access. Alexa does as it is told to do and makes it easy to move from one function to another. I tie it into my security system from Arlo and get big and clear video of what is going on in my store,

I have had echo products in my home since beginning if the technology. They keep on improving. I use this mainly for music and voice commands. I can start by saying that the sound quality is very good. It fills our living room. A definite improvement over the first echo show. It setup easily (I have done this with 6 devices so it wasn’t my first rodeo). The screen is large enough to be read from 15 feet away. The only negative I add is that I need to raise my voice to get it to hear me over our home theater system. But that could probably be fixed by moving it to another location.

I really like the Echo Show and its big screen. I think the microphones could have been better as it seems this has trouble picking up on voices while other Echo devices many rooms over can pickup our voices. The sound is the best from The Echo product line, but had a tad too much bass out of the box and made it sound muddy. After a slight EQ adjustment it sounds great.

We bought this echo show after missing out on the first gen and really enjoy it for video calls with relatives. I enjoy the larger screen and improved speakers, plus it is more responsive than all other echo devices as it has 5 integrated microphones.

Good product that makes interaction with technology simple. We use the Echo Show to integrate with some of the technology within our home. There are occasional glitches, where Alexa just starts talking without being summoned. Outside of that, no real issues. This unit replaced my previous generation which died. This is a pretty solid upgrade over the previous version.

Iove this machine I now have two at home and one at work it's great for video chatting, listening to music, getting recipes and so much more. You can't beat the sales and service you get from Best Buy. I would recommend the Amazon Echo products to everyone, I check the weather, stock prices , set alarms and timers and more.

Believe me I was skeptical about buying an Amazon product but I don’t regret it one bit. This thing is loud, has great bass for the size and controls all my smart devices. Only regret I have is the 3rd gen got posted a day after I bought this. Also got it on sale which made it more comforting along with an echo 5.

this was our first echo show device its we are enjoying it. Video chat is nice, speaker is loud and clear sounds great. Cooking is fun with it and finding recipes and walking thru the steps helps. Current news stories and weather info is also very helpful at a glance. We liked it so much we got my parents the 8" model for Xmas.

Bought to Complement our amazon echo ecosystem and we absolutely loves it. My wife now installed this one in the kitchen and moved the smaller Echo Show to the loft. She uses it to gets recipes, play her music, get the daily news, pictures slideshow and use it as a cooking alarm.

This hub is the center of our household! We have connected everything to it and love the smart hub capabilities. We use the Echo Show to control our lights, tv, security cameras, thermostat, door lock and play music. The speaker on the echo show is surprisingly good as well! Would definitely recommend the add to your smart home.

I had the previous, older version of the Alexa show. I have not yet gone through all of its new features, but already very satisfied with the swift responses, the larger screen, the practical uses for it. Once all of my smart home devices are connected and working together, I think I’ll get great use out of this show.

I like the bigger screen. I have my photos displayed & they are clear. i like to listen to music and the volume is great. I like that you change the name so everybody can't talk to it. My 5 year old grand daughter loves to tell it to do something. This one is better than my 5" screen.

I bought the Echo Show as an addition and upgrade to the Echo Spot. The sound is amazing-fills the room nicely. I must point out that I have not yet used all of the functionality available with this device, but it works great with my Samsung Smarthings setup, my Nest door lock, my Philips Hue light bulbs, and my Arlo cameras and doorbell.

I bought 5 of these for me and my kids and grandkids as I am moving out of state and wanted to be able to talk to my kids and grandkids. I’ve always used FaceTime but with small kids I was always looking at walls, floors n ceilings. Now this stays in the same spot and I can see my family with a broader view. Great product

This unit has the best overall sound of any of the Amazon echo units... the bass is amazingly loud for its size, too! I actually had to turn the bass down a bit, which is surprising! This was an impulse purchase for me, but I am glad I got it. I love having the screen to show answers to questions and video. It is a great addition to our kitchen!

Purchased the echo show for my home. It is in the kitchen and used to play music, get information, and paired with all my ring cameras. It’s convenient to have and if you’re wanting to turn you home into a smarthome, it is a good first central unit. Downside is no Netflix support. However Hulu and Prime video are available

This is one of the best purchases I made for smart home control . it seamlessly connected to my devices the screen has plenty of room for touch control and very easy to read when browsing and using apps , got one for my mother its so easy to use with Alexa

Every household is one of these! Having a smart home is fun and easy. We have a disabled family member in the household and this has helped make that person more independent. It’s great for keeping in touch with friends and family who also have one so we can see each other and talk

Excellent. Away beyond Expected. Easy to use. It was my gift for Christmas and my wife use it all the time to play music and learn new recipes. We talk to Alexa in Two different languages and performed Amazing. I listen news and music too. I will recommend this product. Thank you
