We purchased the stand to be able to angle the show 5 when we held video calls. It fits perfectly and works great for adjust the device. A bit pricey when you compare it to the echo itself.

When I was thinking of buying the Echo Show 5 I thought that I did not need the stand. But after further consideration, I decided to buy it along with the Amazon Echo Show 5. I'm glad that I did. It is a very nice stand and functional. You can adjust it up or down and I think being up from the surface of your desk makes it sound better in my opinion.

I didn’t see a real need for this device, so I didn’t give it much consideration. None of my other Echo devices were on a stand, so I thought this would be unnecessary. Then, Best Buy had it on sale for under $10, so I thought, What the heck… This stand is a pretty cool device. The ability to tilt is nice, and the stand actually makes the sound better. It looks nice, and the quality is solid. I have another Echo Show 5, and I’ve been watching for the stand to go on sale again, so I can buy another one.

I would assume a lot of the Echo Spot purchasers, purchased for the purpose of having on nightstand. I would also assume that there is a number of these purchasers that have a time seeing the device without their glasses. This solved the problem for me. I moved the spot to my desk, and have this in the bedroom. it is a great improvement over the spot not only when it comes to seeing the device, the sound it much improved as well. I also purchased the optional stand, and I really like it. I have at least one of every Echo that has been made with the exception of the "hub" and "sub". Very pleased.

The stand really makes a difference with my Echo Show. I personally use my Show 5 as an alarm clock and nighttime music speaker. When the show 5 lays flat, it was tough to see the time when I wok up in the middle of the night. The stand took care of that problem as it is angled and a little bit higher right now. Easily adjustable, and it also keeps that rubber bottom of the Echo Show 5 from getting dirty and dusty. It is worth the money, one of those things that might seem expensive to buy, but you'll be happy once you have it.

Perfect Compliment to the Show5. Enhances sound dramatically and the angle/tilt is very handy. However, priced just a touch too high.

I am used to using my echo show which I’m very happy with. I bought one for myself and three other family members that live out of town. It is a lifesaver because I had not seen my mom sister or brother-in-law for 13 years. My sister got me this little one for my bedroom and I bought the stand because they do need a stand. The only complaint is they could be more flexible but it’s served its purpose.

What's not to like? I have a stand for my Echo Show 10 and Echo Show 8, and had no reservations about getting the stand for Show 5. These stands, while it's tough to cough up $20 for a piece of plastic, does really make the Echo Show pop. Besides, you're also elevating the Show off a countertop, desktop, or shelf (wherever you're planning to use this thing). Easy install - check Makes the product look more complete - check

I love my new Echo Show because I can drop in on my kids at home when I’m out and see a live feed of what they are doing. Also, my daughter is deaf and we can talk/sign back and forth with the video by her calling the Echo Show device. They also have a text to view feature where you can see what Alexa is saying which is great for someone who is hearing impaired. I have this controlling my other smart devices (lights, doorbell, TVs) and so far no issues. Another feature that I love is the Guard mode. When I leave home Alexa guards the house listen for glass break or someone knocking on your door causing your attack dog to bark. The only thing I don’t like is Alexa is sometimes hearing impaired so I must repeat myself. For what I need this is the perfect size for me. I love this.

Fits the Amazon Echo 5 show perfectly. Allows you tilt echo show 5 forward and backwards. But not sideways. Unit is well made and attaches easily. But should have been included with Echo Show 5 or price should have been half of what it is.

This stand is perfect because it puts the Echo Show at just the right height.

The Show speaker is on the front bottom, so if it's sitting on a soft surface, this stand may serve a purpose beyond good looks. Nice quality build with a slick magnetic attachment. Allows you to tilt the show, also a nice feature. Is it worth $20? Maybe not, but I got it on sale for $15 and for that price I bought one for me and for my parents. No regrets.

Great stand for my echo shadow i like the fact that it can angle up or down

A very nice base for the Echo Show 5". It blends right in with the total design of it and raises it up off the night stand. The color matches perfectly and it is adjustable front to back. The list price is a little high, nearly half the price of the Echo, but I purchased it on sale and used my Best Buy bucks to bring it down to a more reasonable price.

Originally I did not think I needed any type of stand for my Echo Show 5 but after getting the stand, I cannot image not having it. It really helps to adjust the angle to easier viewing, especially in the kitchen when you are looking straight down at the Echo Show. Worth considering if you use your Echo Show often, especially in the kitchen.

Just received the Echo Show 5 stand a couple of days ago. It is definitely a welcome addition to the Echo Show 5 making it easier to view the screen by adjusting either up or down. It matches the color of the Echo Show 5 unit perfectly. The stand firmly attaches to the bottom of the Echo Show 5 magnetically and is a solid fit!

I have it on my night stand. It’s smaller and takes up less room. It is several devices in one. My alarm clock and provides music to fall asleep to. I also use it to view my security cameras. All I have to say is, “Alexa show me “backyard/side or which ever camera I need to review. I can turn my lights/fans on and off with out getting up! Love this technology!!!!

This stand is great and is almost essential for the echo show. It is a little pricey for what you get though. You would think for $20 you would have the ability to do more than tilt the product forward and backward. I would love if it rotated as well. Overall it connects very easily, but at it's current price, I would say this product isn't necessary.

I got an Echo Show 5 on Prime day, but couldn’t convince myself to get a stand at the time - the price was just too high. Fast forward a month and I’ve been using the Show and thinking, if I could just angle the Show up about 20 degrees, it would be perfect. Then Best Buy had it on sale at the same time I was issued a $10 reward certificate. Pulled the trigger and I am glad I did! Fits perfect, matches perfect, tilts the Sow to just the right angle and is held together by a magnet. Classy product, but at the full retail, is still too expensive.
