    I placed the order for Alexa on December 8, it was for a Christmas gift for my daughter and until today, December 23, after 3 calls to Best Buy customer service, I am still waiting for a solution to the problem and waiting. from my package.

    Overall ok. Sometimes freezes up and have to do the hard reboot. Kind of slow with gestures, the processor seems not strong enough.

    I thought it was like the others, but I was wrong. It was hard to get to operate as a normal unit due to the child orientation, I will forgive myself and move on. HA HA HA

    Bought as a replacement alarm clock for my daughter. Some of the features are wonky though. Like changing the clock face. It changed for a while then changed back. It doesn’t matter to her though. She loves it.
