Do not recomend buying amazon devices from Best Buy. Ive got a faulty echo show 8 and Amazon says the warranty expired on Jan 6th, 2021 but I bought it on Jan 14 and got delivered Jan 16 2021?? Didnt know it was posible to sell something that doesnt have manufacturer warranty. Now I have to deal with several issues as the only best Buy solution is to take it to a store and I'm in México and unable to cross border and Amazon cant help because of the expired warranty.

not sure if this is a problem with best buy or amazon but this unit is not good and defective. The problem is light bleed at the corner and it is visible . However its a great smart device for clock and simple thing at my desk. Im gunna go with staples instead. The price is good tho, but have to return this. The one stars is for quality control form either best buy or amazon.

Do not recommend. Bought it back in December and I had not used it till now. Haven’t even had it on a week and the screen is completely black and tried everything to reset it .
