I would give this product 5 stars but since it’s primarily intended to be used as a bedside alarm clock it falls a little short. When you set a daily weekday-only alarm, there’s no way to tell it to skip a day and resume the following day, so if you have a day off work you either need to get woken up or delete the alarm and create a new repeating alarm the following day. It also has a little trouble hearing the wake-up command when it’s sounding the alarm. But I love being able to say “show me the back yard camera” if I want to see what’s going on outside (Wyze cameras). I also really like the ability to set up routines.

Christmas present for my wife who likes it very much as her new alarm clock. Dims at night for sleep. Alexa system just works well all the time, so not much to add on that.

The Echo Spot was very easy to set up and use. It has so many features that make it a great device.

Very handy and fun to use. Great at reminders and is able to sync to other devices at home easily.

This is our 3rd Alexa. And with the small screen you can video chat anyone. Small and compact to.

I love this. So much better then the echo. I love the the video chat feature with other Amazon’s users.

This worked well but I ended up exchanging it for the Echo Show so that I could have the bigger screen.

Plays music while I work and answers little questions throughout the day. Absolutely love this!

Enough sound for a business setting, while also supporting photos makes this a nice addition to my desk. If more folks I knew had one it would be nice for the video capabilities.

Replaced my phone with this alarm clock. I hit snooze a lot less because I have to ask it to stop.

This was purchased basically as an expensive alarm clock. The small screen is useful for videos.

Would buy another. Was going to go with the apple home but decided on this instead, never looked back.

My family is obsessed with the echo spot!! We love it so much we purchased our first one 12/08/2018 and bought another one today 12/11/2018. My husband deploys a lot and him and my daughter will be able to see each other and message each other thru it. Every night my 5 year old asks Alexa a TON of math problems. My husband uses it every night for music when in bed and an alarm as well. We are very satisfied with this purchase.

It's a great tool to utilize when you're looking for that easy way out for convenience. The implementation of Alexa is great! The sound/video quality is exceptional!

I like the Echo technology and the Spot has a nice little screen. It was easy to set up. I wish the screen was bigger. The cost was a bit more than I wanted to spend.
