Bought the Alexa view first. Btw worth the $. Then was gonna get the echo plus saw the spot on line bought one set it up so cool went and got another one. Now I need more. Doubles as a camera to view what’s going on when your not at home or at office.

Love it, This product works will with the young and the old it allows me to keep a eye on my family when I'm away in also allows me to talk to my elderly grandmother whenever she or I is missing each other this is over all great product

I purchased this for my mom, dad and daughter so that they could all keep in touch. This also helps them see each other on a regular basis. Our family is spread across the country but this helps keep everybody in view and in touch.

This item is very easy to use, all you need to do is download the KASA app and it will guide you through a few very easy steps to set it up. Once that is done, you can plug any appliance into it that you would like to control remotely.

It was okay for me, I was looking for something more advanced. My little brother loves it though. It’s all the technology he could want. Read exactly what features are available and decide exactly what you are looking for in an assistant. I went and purchased the echo show right after this and love it.

Love the Echo Spot, wanted something to replace my clock and alarm. I had a Dot at my bedside but the Spot gave me everything in one good looking piece. Now if they could put a USB in the back it would be perfect. I could charge my phone from it!

For the first 12 months, we believed that this device was the greatest addition to our home. At 13 months, it developed a screen flicker that, with some research on Google, I found is becoming a wide-spread problem that starts just outside of the 1-year warranty. It is such an obnoxious flicker (screen content jumps up and down an inch every second) that I unplugged the device and refuse to look at it. Factory reset did not help. In the first year there were lots of positives: video calling works great, home automation is awesome, and the thing looks stylish. However, the flickering issue and my suspicion that Alexa is more often failing to hear us talk to it are preventing me from recommending this product.

I like the Echo Spot very much but there are a few downfalls. Overall it's great but when I try calling another Amazon device it seems to be dark on my end and I have to readjust myself or have my face be in the shadows.

For person not as well versed in computers as younger people, set up was slightly challenging. I was able to get thru it however. My only complaint is that the lettering in this survey is too light and small, to read comfortably.

This is much better than the Echo Dot but is more expensive.

A step up from 1st generation show. Good for playing video.

This is a great addition to my Echoe Show. I can ask Alexa to play Christmas songs, adjust volume, tell me what to expect weatherwise, etc. It saves time. I can get infos I need without any hastle. Just great kitchen assistant.

Got the "spot" for Christmas. This is my first of this type of product and we love it. The music and sound quality are excellent, plus all of the features of an Alexa. The video display is a nice feature that we did not expect.

First off the display is a bit small but it works great for showing basic information (like a besides clock). My wife uses it to call her parents too and it does a great job of that, though we had to buy the stand to make it more feasible . Besides missing some ques ever so often it works great for everything else we need it too.

Works great with my other echoes! Easy to set up! Looks great!

I prefer Alexa over Google with the options it gives you, I'm sure with time even the search option for videos and songs will be exceed Google Assistant any day. I do have Google Home also, I like this one over that.

We have 3 of them, I like the one in the bathroom best because I can ask morning questions and play music or change the song by simply asking, wish it would have a little more sub but it’s not that important, I like it.

I already owned an Echo Spot in black and love it. It is my go-to device for spelling, definitions, and general information on my desk. You don't need a dictionary or even to take the time to Google a quick fact asks Alexa.

The Amazon Echo Spot takes you to next level of visual. What's next, a 3D hologram. Video calls are crystal clear and the commands are abundant. Be careful of what you say around the unit, as it will sometimes turn on unexpectedly.
