good product but the camera is pointed up which is stupid, you have to buy a separate stand, the long and short is these are all gimmicky using your phone is still the best, but the product itself is not bad

Gifted this to my dad for his birthday, and it kept logging out of the internet network and or amazon. Had to return item and received a gift card because I lost the receipt. Was hoping for him to like it.

If you really need a screen on your echo, then I would suggest an Echo Show. With a screen that's smaller than your average phone, there really is no benefit to having one.

Worked nicely and was perfect for a nightstand alarm clock replacement but, I needed to see the print and options a little better and returned it and replaced it with something bigger

We already had 1st generation Echo Dot and loved it so we purchased the Spot because we figured it would be even better. We were sadly mistaken. We are extreme techies and it hardly ever works properly. It either picks up the wrong command or is just unresponsive most times. I bought on the 23rd of November and even though I'm Elite member I don't think I can return it since my hubby threw the box away thinking we'd love it. :(

Ok, if you want to see people you are talking to, this is a nifty little video display. If you have a cell phone, it can do the same without having to stay in a permanent spot.

It’s fun to use, but really would like it to charge and not have to be plugged in. Having to keep it by an electrical outlet takes away the cute novelty of it.

The sound isn’t the best, also Alexa cannot hear you unless you’re really close to it. Had I known I would have bought the echo show instead.

I bought, tried and returned this the same day. I liked it but my family uses iPhone facetime, they didn't want to call through alexa.

Nice but too complicated to get to work. needed something less difficult to set up so i returned it and got the Yi cameras from amazon

It has all other Amazon related stuff, but, big disadvantage is no youtube. for me which is a big drawback for amazon smart device line up.

Great smart home gadget. Will work if you have other Amazon devices or compatible video door bells. Needs to refine more.

We use this to video chat with grandkids. My wife likes the drop in feature to spy on the cat's when we're away

Doesn't seem to hear me as well as my regular echo. Not sure why. Saying something 3 times can get annoying.

I bought this to replace a clock radio. I found it to be clunky to use and just not straight forward.

Was working well for about a year then all of a sudden the screen constantly glitches.

Bought for my mom for Christmas. Haven't really used it yet, but hoping she enjoys its capabilities.

I have Alexa devices all over my house, I love them. I must say that Amazon has completely dropped the ball on this and the echo show. They have a screen on them for what? If you chose a bunch of things that Alexa would say it’s kind of useless. Save the money and get echo or dot

Volume is low and a lil trouble when we talk on the phone but she hasn't complained about it

If you like your conversations recorded forever get this, if not I would skip on it.
