I was skeptical, mainly due to the fact that I didn't think I would need it. We've only had it a day and I don't know what I would do without it. Alexa is very responsive and much more user-friendly than Siri. There's still more figuring out on my end, but the possibilities are endless.

This new technology keeps us informed of a lot of everyday things...weather, news, traffic, etc.! We also enjoy the Prime music and so much more. We already had the Echo dot and that has been move to my office and I enjoy all the same feathures from it while I'm working in there!

Love voice controlling my lites and small appliances, but there are some bugs to work out, sometimes have to ask twice, sometimes does not recognise them, but I am patient, uses Bing as a search, not impressed,

Easy way to listen news, weather and traffic in the morning. My husband listen Pandora.

I love Alexa! Sure she is just my play thing but, much to my surprise, she has been more useful and efficient than I thought she would be. The Alexa app coupled with Alexa herself and I can keep my day organized, informed, and on track. I'm thinking about buying one for upstairs as well....

If you are an amazon prime user-- you get access to a lot of free music with echo. Love it!

This is FANTASTIC! Alexa can hear ME clearly, even in a busy, NOISE filled room. With the TV blaring in the background , while watching a cricket match from across the room, I asked the question, she played the music I asked for. I love it. You just have to say Alexa first, then ASK away!

Voice commands with Alexa is excellent. Home automation with Philips Hue is great.

The Echo hub is slick and very easy to set up. The built in mic and speaker are very good. Alexa voice service is totally awesome! A nice perk is that you have access to over a million songs if you are an Amazon Prime member, otherwise you can use any of the other popular music apps.

I have my Alexa in the kitchen on counter, and it is fun to ask questions about weather, sing songs and about recipes. I bought 2 of these, 1 for me and 1 for my neighbor, we both LOVE it! It's fun to speak out loud and interact with Alexa. Thanks for making a great product Amazon!!

This is the first electronic purchase in awhile that my wife loves too. Alexa is great. She does whatever you want. We love it for playing music. I love it for news and updates on various things such as stock market info and weather. Would recommend it for everyone that has Amazon prime.

I purchased this for my husband a few weeks ago. My husband loves Amazon Echo, I should say Alexa! This is very fun to use and ask questions and get answers, and so much more, only limit is your imagination...I think my husband likes Alexa better than me. Just joking, maybe not...lol.

It was a gift for my son, he really likes it. He is constantly in communication with alexa.

We're enjoying our Alexa. I think we've just scratched the surface on what it can do, though. We're learning. I was surprised at the sound that it produces when listening to music. While not something an audiophile would rave over, it's much better than I expected it to be.

I didn't know that Alexa sends information to Amazon. So Basically Alexa has a big mouth .

i HAD both an Echo and a Google Home. I ended up returning the Google Home and kept the Echo only. The list of skills is great and the big advantage. Also all of the CES 2017 announcements made it clear that the industry, at least at this point, loves the echo. I couldnt agree more!

The longer i have this product the more i use it. My most useful feature is the list capabilities. I just say alexa add " " to my shopping list and when i got the the store i'm able to pull everything up. It makes life easier for sure. highly recommend everyone to have one.

Worked right out of the box, and connected to internet very quickly. I must say that I have fallen in love with Alexa; she does many things for me: Sets timers Sets alarms, and manages my calender Does routine math And many other things that I have not even discovered yet.

I had been eyeing the Amazon Echo for a while now. Best Buy had a sale for 50% off (normally $199 it was $90) so I jumped on it. I absolutely love my Amazon Echo. It was everything I imagined it would be and more. If I had to do it all over again I would have paid the $199.

Fun product. Especially handy for putting entire music collection in one place with Super easy access via verbal commands. Also handy for hands free notation such as setting timer while cooking or jotting down shopping list. "Alexa- set timer for 5 minutes and add garlic to shopping list"
