This tablet is extremely slow, buggy, it would lag out a lot when my kids would click on applications. You can only download a little bit of games on there (about 4) before the storage gets full.

Both stopped working for no reason. They were not dropped or anything. Would not even charge when it stopped working. I’m just glad it was covered under a warranty so after the second one I put the money towards a chrome book instead for my child.

With the purchase of this Fire 10 Kids Pro tablet, keep in mind that Kids+ is included for the first year. Kids+ is the only service with thousands of ad-free books, games, videos, apps and Alexa skills from brands like Disney, Nickelodeon and PBS Kids. You may cancel any time by visiting the Amazon Parent Dashboard or contacting Customer Service. To search for free games/apps, follow these steps: Log into the App Store app on the tablet. Tap the magnifying glass icon to search for apps. Search for games. Tap the three line icon on top right corner. Tap price and you can select Free. It will then narrow the search to apps that are free. If these steps do not help, and you are still having issues with finding free apps/games, you can call Amazon customer service, available 24/7 for assistance on the device. It was plugged in during a power outage and now I have nothing but issues with this product. This hasn’t happened with any of the older versions I have owned maybe it was just a bad luck but not happy

I love it as they try and download apps but I immediately get an email notification showing me the requested app. I then get to approve or deny request. It does have a wifi option but of course it needs a parent pin in order to access that or anything a child shouldnt access. Battery life is great. Durability is good and it has a perfect size handle for their tiny hands. I 100% recommend this over an ipad. I made the change from an ipad to this after my kids cracked multiple screens. Not to mention the price. YouTube, netflix and Disney work if you’re wondering.
