Great gift for my 3 year old sister. She pretty much uses it for kids YouTube & ABC mouse, but she takes it everywhere she goes. The speakers on it even gets loud & the picture is a perfect size for a toddler.

In fairness to the tablet, I had purchased it as an experiment. It was inexpensive enough that if it didn't do what I had expected I would just regard it as a hobby device that didn't pan out. I was aware that Amazon products would not use the Google Play Store, that they had their own separate apps store. I was also aware that the device could be patched to use the Google Play store, and that was the first thing I did. I was hoping that I would be able to load and run the Android Auto app, using it to drive the Android Auto on my car. It didn't work. Citing incompatibility issues, Android Auto would simply not load on the tablet. The bottom line? The tablet does what it is capable of doing, very well. It runs apps from the Amazon App store. It doesn't do what I had hoped it could do and therefor I marked it down.

Good for the price. Only issue is that Amazon and HBO haven't reached a deal for HBO Max. Plus they're app store doesn't always have some of the too apps and games like YouTube etc. Good for Netflix and Prime Video though.

Not the fastest nor the biggest tablet out there but for the $50 dollars I paid for this tablet, I bought two. Videos are sharp, clear with good resolution. Perfect for the grandkids and they love them.

I purchased two of the Fire Tablets for my grands, because they will be with me for the summer break. These tablets keeps their indoor time well occupied with games as well as movies from my Prime account.

This is a budget tablet, plain and simple. If you are using it to shop on Amazon, low level browse the web, read books, you are most likely fine. Beyond that, it slows down.

Got this at an incredible price this December, maybe the 16 gb capacity could make you think about it, but has an expandable slot, so, for 29.99 that cost me and the brand, is excellent, now i can watch movies, surf the web and enjoy my music.

Tablet for a kid with the Amazon Freetime on there you can go to the parent portal and they only have access to what apps you allow and it also block stuff from being purchased by them on accident good tablet I own two

you won't find a better tablet for the money. realize you are getting a nice tablet at a discount with the idea that it is a portal to amazon services and products they hope to sell you down the road.

Great device to motivate students to want read and access apps more. The students who won this device was excited! The device is easy to use and was a good price.

It’s easy to set up. I love how I’m able to put restrictions on it to prevent my son from going to websites he’s not allowed to visit. I also set it up so he has to read before he get free time.

This was a great purchase. As well as immediate access to my Kindle library, this lightweight tablet also has internet access to various sites, app and email. Great gift for anyone.

Like how you lock down parent setting for meddling teenager whom likes to be where he's not supposed to be. Great little investment for 29 bucks let's them play and freetime mode

These were a gift for my nieces which they fell in love with as soon as I turned them on. It was very quick and easy to setup and they had no problems figuring out how to use them

I have owned quite a few Amazon tablets in the past few years. They are very easy to maneuver through all the apps. It is very durable and with stands quite a lot of bumps in drops. And the color Plum is very pretty.

Purchased it brand new got it for a good price on Black Friday mostly use it for Bible study or Disney+ it’s nice and easy to use volume Sound is decent Takes pictures and videos Very nice tablet for home work use or entertainment!

The tablet serves its purpose; however, it does not have a good number of apps found in the normal play store; it is subpar. As far as its other specs, it is alright, as it is only a budget tablet.

I have been using this during the pandemic because the library was closed until recently. It kept me in reading material for this time and I am so grateful. I look forward to taking it to the beach with me this summer.

Affordable price for a low budget tablet. Plastic back cover and glass screen. A little laggy for some games. Good parental controls. Good for young kids. Runs on wifi connection.

Great tablet for kids or just to read. A little slow for 2021...but it can get the job done. I'd recommend the Fire 8 for the price.
