Great product. Easy to use. The only issue i have is that it is slow. I would buy the 10in due to the lack of speed but other than that, it works.

This tablet is awesome! my son loves using it even though I limit his use so that he doesn t become dependent on it. Parental controls work great and like that it has a lower light setting. If you have a Prime account, this will be even easier to set up and control all the downloads your child will have. The screen size is great with vibrant colors but not too big that it doesnt fit in his back pack for easy storage. Its also great that it does not have to be connected to the internet the entire time in order to work. The case is wonderful and it protects the tablet incredibly well and its easy/comfortable for kids to hold. The kick stand is good because you can use it to lean the tablet back or stand it straight up for easy viewing. The battery life lasts really well on this tablet too especially if you keep the brightness and volume dowm. Enjoy!

The Amazon Fire Kids Edition has been a wonderful purchase for when you need to keep the little ones occupied to get a few things done around the house. The 8" screen is a perfect size for our little one to watch Elmo and other education programs. The charge is pretty good. We probably get 3-4 sittings out of this tablet before we need to charge it up. I would absolutely recommend screen protectors for this as they will get all sorts of "stuff" on the screen that will need to be wiped off frequently. I have confidence the included protecting case will keep this Kids Edition tablet running for years to come!

Tablet is fast, and comes preloaded with plenty of games for toddlers. Very user friendly and plenty of parental controls. Case is soft but very tough. Has already survived countless drops from 3-5', and flown across the room a few times. Solid product

very nice for young children keeps them occupied when you are needing to clean up around the house or get a little bit of work done from home or helps them sit occupied in the buggy at the store would highly recommend, especially with a two year protection plan already included !!

I bought this for my granddaughter and it has lasted and there have been no issues. She is almost 3 and uses it all the time. Very happy with this purchase and a great price.

This is at least the 4th Kids Edition Fire we have had. The 2-year (basically) no questions asked warranty from Amazon is really great and we used it twice before it ran out and we actually had to purchase a new one. Buy a memory card though, because it fills up quickly. The new case with the kickstand is very handy.

Great for long car rides! Simple to use, easy to childproof and the case is awesome. The battery lasts a long time (although we don’t use this often) and you can pre download movies and shows to it for when you don’t have wifi!

This product was exactly what I expected. It’s not the fastest tablet on the market but the parental control are excellent for my toddler. I set it up and love the ability to hide specific characters from her sight. I was able to set up all the content I wanted. Downloaded a few movies and apps for her relatively quickly. I was really nervous reading the recent reviews since this is a new model, but again, it exactly fits my expectations. Not something I would get for myself, but for a toddler it’s great. I haven’t used it in the car, but I’m sure it will be fine without wifi. Don’t buy this product thinking it’s comparable to an iPad because it’s not. It’s a simple table that allows parents to really monitor their child’s access which is exactly what I wanted.

Bought 2 tablets at a great price for my granddaughters. They love them! I think they are great and have many children apps to keep them entertained when they visit or stay with us. Sturdy, easy to use with a fantastic 2 year warranty if anything goes wrong.

It took me a minute to figure out the lighting - but once I did. It’s perfect for travel and kiddo distraction. Great price point too.

Great learning tool... very tough and will hold up in the hands of your toddlers... also have different sizes that fit little hands well.. It is " Virtually Indestructible " !!!

Easy to use fire tablet, perfect screen size for my 6-8 year olds and seamless with my Amazon prime account. Set up took very little time, downloading appropriate apps and setting up parental controls was a breeze.

My 8yr loves her Amazon tablet. She especially likes the fact that she can wat h her cartoons as well as play games.

This tablet is ok. I’ve had issues with it being slow since day one for my daughter. Storage space is very limited so expandable storage is recommended. It keeps my daughter entertained, but the lag and connectivity issues make me wish I got something else for her.

The Fire tablet is an excellent resource for children. It has Audible books, movies, games and apps . All of the features are kid appropriate and easy to use. It's easy to hold and it comes with a built-in stand. My child loves his tablet.
