Kindle fire hd..looks amazing..lightweight.and fast processor..the colors are a big improvement from past fire tablets..i see no lags and the size is great for reading and watching movies..speakers are very loud and clear.. I love it.

I bought this to replace the Echo Show that was in our kitchen. I wanted an Alexa device with a bigger screen that I could run apps on, primarily the Silicon Dust HD Homerun app so we could have live TV. It works great for that and it makes a decent Alexa device. The audio is plenty loud, but lacks any bass so ok for tv for not great for music. It does lack the Alexa messaging options which I don't understand. We use the drop in feature as an in-home intecom so I hope they add this feature at some point because it seems to be an artificial software limitation. It's mounted on an aluminum stand and connected to power full time, so I also installed an app from the Amazon app store that keeps the display on all the time so it mimics the Show as much as possible. For the money this is a great tablet. It doesn't match the current iPads in terms of build quality or the display (or audio) but the price difference between them is huge.

For the price i was very impressed with the tablet.The 10 inch screen is big enough to easily read books and watch videos.The screen quality is excellent and you can swipe through pages with little to no stuttering. The tablet exceeding my expectations and I would recommend it to anyone.

I've owned and operated many tablets over the years and the amazon tablet holds up to the competition. Nice size and holds a charge for a long time, not as bright as other tablets and it doesn't come with the google play store or apple store but the amazon apps are just as good.

Love this tablet, using it every single day. I have 3 iPads, but this is my go to tablet. No iOS hassles, or having to connect to a PC for every little thing. Micro sd card (wake up, Apple!!!), so easy to use. Only drawback is Amazon versus Google feud, which forces you to use amazon's App Store instead of Google Play Store. That means some apps are difficult if not impossible to download. It's not an iPad, but I didn't have to spend $650 for the Fire tab. And it has worked perfectly since I bought it 2 years ago.

The tablet is awesome. Battery, processor, screen are all great. The only reason it’s 4 stars is that you cannot mirror this device on your tv and the amount of apps available are limited by amazon.

Purchased as gift to update an older Kindle Fire HD. Excellent choice! Old version was loved but new version is bigger, better picture & easier to use. Very happy with purchase plus the cost has come way down over the years as electronics often do. Winner,

This tablet is zippy, has a sharp screen and the Amazon lock screen ads are really no big deal. Look online for an easy way to get all your Google play store apps! It is plasticy feeling, but a good case will solve that. For the price, you can't beat it.

We are very happy with our Amazon Fire HD10 tablet so far. For half the price of Apple products it’s pretty much a no brainer. Has plenty of storage and the speed is just fine. No issues with anything. We watch videos, surf the web, play games all with ease. Purchased a foam case with a carrying handle that works great, especially with the little ones around. Love how big the screen is! Would definitely recommend to anyone on the market for a tablet or iPad.

We bought this as a gift for our son. We were originally going to purchase a Kindle but after talking with the customer service rep, we decided this was a better option, more versatile, yet compact and portable. He has been very happy with the gift. It is easy to set up, user-friendly, lightweight, economical, and practical for every day use. although larger than a Kindle. As with other electronics, you have to purchase the case separately, but they were in-stock available in a few colors..

Great tablet for a good price .It fast and very responsive.A good entry level tablet to watch movies or play games or surf the web .All u need is a case for it and ur good to go ,also a screen protector .

I bought this 10" Amazon Fire tablet for my wife who loves to check in on her social apps and play games before bed. The screen is the perfect size and the resolution is very clean. This tablet comes with most of the more popular apps pre-installed. Handling the tablet is a little awkward because of its thinness and my natural inclination to avoid smearing the screen with my fingerprints. So far the performance and speed of the tablet is very good, smooth when swiping between screens, and apps open in a reasonable amount of time, without too much of a lag.

This Amazon 10" tablet is easy to use. I had the 7" tablet before and I liked that one but this tablet has a large screen. So easy to read and is very easy to set up. I was up and running in minutes.

This tablet is super easy to use. I love everything about it. I like using the hands free alexa. The only thing is I didn't realize that it has ads that I have to pay an extra $15 to get rid of.

Satisfied with color and huge size of the screen 10”. I am not in love that is hard or maybe impossible to use some apps we used in our phones. But I should know that since it is a Fire Kinfle an Smazon product. Other than that great tablet

I bought this tablet to replace my iPad. While it definitely isn't the same as an iPad, it does do a very nice job. I does what I need it to do and much more. The picture quality is excellent, it's fast, and light weight. There are a lot of apps available too. Amazon's Alexa app has been integrated into it which is a nice touch. All-in-all, this is an excellent choice for someone wanting a tablet at a fair and reasonable price.

If your heavy into amazon products, such as amazon music, audible etc this will work perfectly for you. However, if you are like me and use amazon products along with google, then this tablet is severely lacking. Its TOO heavy with Amazon's theme/launcher. And the app store lacks alot of google products. I did sideload the google appstore but then it has affected everything else. The HD screen is nice, speakers are ok. Getting this just really depends on who you are. Heavy android user? Iphone user? I wouldn't recommend. Heavy amazon user and not worried about the lack of google apps then buy this.

This is by far my favorite kindle out on on the market. The picture quality is outstanding! I love the built in Alexa with this model, you can have her read your books to you.

Amazon has created a budget tablet that works perfectly for my situation, With the 10 inch model Alexa comes integrated and is a charming addition that really makes this tablet stand out. Amazon prime members will benefit from Amazon's Video library and for avid kindle readers you couldn't have a better device. I personally use my tablet as a school tablet since it is light weight, portable and great on battery life.

The 10" Fire tablet is a reasonably priced tablet with a good screen and reasonable battery life. The built in Alexa is a great feature. Amazon has its own version of Android so you can't easily run apps from the Google play store (Google is a competitor). I have not found many useful apps in the Amazon app store. You can watch YouTube with a Silk browser (big plus).
