I love how big it is to play games on. I also watch shows on it. I have a lot of memory That's why I got the 64GB. The price was right. I chose the blue one. If your looking for a big tablet I recommend this tablet. I'm glad I did

I do love the Fire HD 10, although that wasn't the case when I first received it (change pains). I bought the Fire to replace a damaged android tablet and an older iPad mini I can no longer update. For the most part, the change from an android tablet to the Fire has been pretty seamless. The major issue at first was caused by an agent at Best Buy. I was advised by the agent in store that you could use the Google store to get apps. That's not entirely true. The Amazon app store is the main one installed. The Amazon apps store is a bit limited when compared to the Google store, or Apple store, but for the most part, the major apps are there. I was able to go online and find a fix for the Fire that now allows me to have the Google store installed and running (without violating the warranty by rooting the device). So now I can get any app not available in the Amazon app store from the Google store. The only other issues I have with the Fire are this, the Fire doesn't allow me to change the lock screen and when unlocking the device, I get ads from the Amazon store. They aren't a big deal and do not pop up in front of anything, but I just feel I would rather have an image I prefer for my lock screen and not an Amazon ad. The second thing is how to unlock or wake up the Fire. My old tablet allowed me to tap the screen and it would wake. On the Fire, you have to press the power button on top to wake up the tablet. This is not a big issue, and similar to having to press the home button on an iPad. I was used to tapping the screen on my old tablet, and I still find myself doing so to wake up the Fire. I'm sure I'll stop soon. The last little issue I have are the home screen icons. You can rearrange them and group them, but you can't move them to a second screen unless the first screen of apps is full. The Home screen apps auto-arrange but the Fire will not allow you to move an app icon to the second screen. It's a little frustrating for me because I lose some customization. Again this is not a deal breaker, but hopefully something that Amazon will change with a future update to the software. Other than my minor issues, the Fire is fabulous! The sound when listening to music and watching movies sounds great. The Full HD picture is crisp, clear, and I find there to be limited glare. Downloading movies is a breeze, and I was able to link my Movies Anywhere account to my Amazon account, so all of my digital movies are available through Amazon too. The cameras are amazing and the Kindle Fire takes fabulous pictures and video. Now the best part...price! The Kindle Fire HD, with 64GB of memory was just under half the price of an iPad mini 4. I purchased an extra 64 GB micro card to expand the memory (something to my knowledge you can't do with an iPad) and I have the same amount of memory space as an iPad mini 4 for about half the price. If you want to match the screen size of the Fire, you'd have to get an iPad pro 10.5 inch and that costs $600! (Three times the price of the Fire). I would strongly recommend the FIRE HD 10 to anyone looking for a new tablet. Have fun!

I prefer non-apple tablets and phones because of the cost. This is my third fire tablet and I really like them. This one has the biggest screen yet and I am enjoying that. The only thing I don't like is the inability to use the Google play store to download aps. But I use the tablet all the time and will stick with it.

Technically, this is an awesome tablet on its own. The Full HD screen is sharp and crisp. Love the extra wide screen as it's perfect for watching movies (on Prime and Netflix). It's plenty fast. And I paid more for the 64-GB version. And there's still an SD slot to future proof it. They say you get what you paid for, but I got a lot more back than what I paid for. Only concern was that Kindle Fires have bad reputation with the charging port going bad as it gets worn out with time and usage. I ordered a NetDot (generation 10) so that I can magnetically charge and disconnect. This saves on the physical wear and tear of the port. I upgraded from a Samsung Note 10 tablet and I'm very happy.

I got this for my mother. She used to have a Kindle that I had gotten her for Christmas about 4 years ago but it had frozen up and there seemed to be no fix. The Fire was to be a replacement for the reader but it does so much more than the Kindle. It does books, of course, but it also allows Mom to read her periodicals, as well. She now watches movies in bed with her head set so as to not disturb others. It has a good battery life. She used it to watch movies and read her books while we flew from SC to CA and then for the trip back. She said that, over a week, she never recharged it.

My kids had the smaller 7 inch version last year and this one is much better. Runs way faster and double the memory. Less glitches in Minecraft as the kids say and it runs way smoother.

Unlike Apple products, the memory upgrade for the Fire 10 is not overpriced. But then unless you are going to store lots of media, you might not need the extra storage space. If not, for the price, might be better to get the 32gb version and upgrade in a year. Still will spend less doing that than on a single iPad.

This Amazon Fire HD 10 Fire tablet was received as a Christmas gift. It was very user friendly in setting up. Using it for email, facebook instead of phone. Like the larger screen. Love the kindle app and ability to download books to read on this.Bought a screen protector and cover. Battery seems to last well.Enjoying it!!

I have owned three Kindles. Purchased this one because of the size. It is so much easier to read and it is not too heavy. I love it!! Cannot go wrong with this purchase.

Great reader. This is the 4th Kindle reader I have purchased and this is by far a great tablet. The 64GB provides wonderful speed and the battery life surpasses all the previous units. it is easy to navigate. I would recommend this to all e-reader fans.

The Fire 10 is very user friendly, really fast and responsive. The battery life is good and with 64 GB there is a lot of storage. It’s light weight making it great for travel or home use. I also recommend the Moko case for the Fire 10.

My family all own Galaxy tabs but, my wife's was older and not working well so I decided to go with this tablet. She does a lot of reading, email, and web browsing. This Amazon Fire 10" screen give plenty of space for reading. The Silk browser works as well as any other browser. No Chrome available but, that's actually a plus. The only drawback is the opening screen shows an ad that is removed by a simple swipe. If you one of those people who thinks its ok to use your large tablet to take pictures or video you wont like the camera. But, you cant beat this Fire 10 for the money.

I had to buy this one because I wrecked my 2nd one trying to replace the battery as it was running slow and cutting out. I'm glad I changed. This new Fire is wonderful. Never cuts out, signal is very steady. Lots of new features, too

This tablet holds more data, is faster, is bigger and clearer. It took some collaboration with the sales people but i finally received it in the mail.

I had a Tab A with 32g and had a hard time managing the space I had on the device even with a sd card. The FireHd was on sale with 64g so I took a gamble and bought it. I am very pleased. The Kindle manages the memory for you and freed up space if you add a sd card. I was also able to add Google Play to it every easily. There are some apps that are in one store and not other. The build is not as refineded as the Tab A, but with a folio case it is not even noticeable. The screen is very vivid and very responsive. I use a Bamboo stylus and it works very well.

This was purchased as a gift for someone who had used two earlier generations of Fire tablets, so she was very familiar with the Fire interface. She's really happy with the new, larger Fire HD 10.

Enjoy using my Kindle for my school needs... Glad I purchased this item...
