Was a great purchase for my kids for road trips. Easy to use and set up. Able to be tucked out of the way when not in use. Linked up to my amazon account easiily and my kids are able to navigate pretty easily through the menus. Im able to control what my kids get into, and set up a different pass code so they are not able to change any of their settings.

My grandson is having a lot of fun with it his having a good experience

Bought one for my younger one loved it.. moved up for a better brand but my younger one decided to turn back..

Solid tablet for kids and is a good cheaper option to buying a more expensive one. It comes with the case protecting it and a stand on the case. It is a very basic tablet but will be enough for most kids.

Buyer beware when it comes to purchasing this tablet seems like a great idea with kids but ends up being atleast 40 minutes on with Amazon just to get a return label to return it for it to be looked at to get repaired or replaced and when it does get replaced sometimes you are charged $15 other times not depends I have been both and when you contact Amazon they act like you did something wrong because it came from Best Buy and not Amazon it’s self kind of like if you order from them they would do better and when you do get it replaced you get a $15 valued refurbished tablet even though you had a 189 new tablet kid of aggravating pay the extra money get a apple or Samsung and take out the insurance in the long run it’s less aggravation I have contacted Amazon where they have agreed to replace the tablet after 3 hours talking to someone on chat and then calling because nothing was getting fixed kind of like they knew nothing on the warranty’s and you get told a replacement is being ordered and sent and it never is and when you call back it’s the same thing over and over the sad thing is I really thought Amazon was more customer oriented but they aren’t and this is nothing against Best Buy I have the screen shot from Amazon stating that it’s a courtesy for the replaced tablet when we first got it and it was cracked being I live an hour from Best Buy I just did the replacement through Amazon and it was a courtesy even though they have a 30 day replacement on any issues right after purchase I did upload the screenshot from where Amazon rep uses that I didn’t purchase it through them, if your purchasing the tablet for the warranty please be careful so your not disappointed when you have any issues with it and find it is an aggravation I thought from videos I watched after the aggravation that you can go in start a return and get it taken care of easy but it’s not easy and it’s a long on the phone process
