We've always loved Amazon Fire Kids tablets for my son and were excited to get him this new one! He loves it and so do we! He did unfortunately shatter his screen within 2 months of having it, but of course the worry-free guarantee allowed us to have it return and replaced!

The color is great and its a great tablet. I do wish the case was thicker or had more of a raised bumber around the actual screen . Its definitely for bigger kids

Bought one for each grandkid and they absolutely love them. I like how it can be personalized and gives me peace of mind they can’t access anything not age appropriate for them. Battery life is very good and the stand is a nice added touch.

Tablet randomly goes off. I called customer care and they couldn’t figure out what the problem is. I’m havin to wait for 3 weeks for a replacement tablet. Every device I’ve bought from Best Buy in the last two years has been problematic within days of purchase and I have been so stressed out sending back products to the manufacturers. I’ll rather purchase directly from them going forward

My osn is 6 he loves it ...easy to yae cuz i havent had to teach him literally anything on it.. offers educational and fun games. .storage is a bit small but using an sd card greatly increses that otherwise ur stuck with about ten to fifteen games then ull have to delete to make room for more.

I got this tablet for my son and its a great tablet. He is in love with this tablet and it’s honestly hard to keep him off of it.

The old version of this have worked better for us. Added google play store and the computer did not like it, so had to remove after a few days. This worked fine on the old version. But it works for what it was intended, and is easy to set up.
