    Got this for my kids. I purchased this model because this model allows me to have a child mode but still function in other modes when I need less restrictions. I got it at amazing price & so far so good! Wish it had more memory but that was an easy fix with a micro sad card addition.

    Hi , I bought the product and received couple of days before. Everything looks ok but when i try to launch Alexa app, it kept loading and loading icon continuously shows. The application never showed up. Frustrated. Not sure if this is with my device or generic issue in this version.
