Bluetooth Audio Sync Issues

The problem is that there is a horrible audio sync issue with Bluetooth earbuds. I've tried at least three different brands. All issues are the same. Since I mainly uses this to watch shows while working out on a Stairmaster, I can't recommend it. I'm going to ditch this, because there doesn't seem to be a solution.
