This is the second amazon fire I have owned. The first one was wonderful and only replaced because the battery stopped holding a charge. I had owned it for years, so expected the same quality from the one I ordered and received August 14, 2020. It worked for about 2 weeks. I have tried resetting to factory settings and starting over, but it still won't recognize the internet even though it says it's "connected". I can't get anyone on the phone. It's the second electronic device I have purchased at Best Buy to have problems, I have an hp laptop bought in November 2019 that has been sitting on a bookshelf since January 2020.

26Aug20 Kindle arrived timely. I noticed over a day or so charge length of time was lousy .Returned item MIMI IN DMV

Color is no good i mean brightness.and also Amazon apps come every time otherwise its good.

Work s well enough but I wish I had been told it would be half price a couple days after my purchase.

This version is twice as thick and heavier than previous model and also comes with usb-c for charging and connecting!

The charger was nissing,soi had to buy the charger

upset that something this big name brand won't charge and I lost out on $100 since its not working. Can't return due to it being just past the 2 weeks return policy. I know they offer protection plans, but it shouldn't break down in the first 30 days!!

I had purchased this in order to wall mount it to display my ring doorbell. By the time I had finished all the steps in order to manipulate the tablet to do so I found that it wasn’t worth it and just stuck to my cellphone. It’s a pretty tablet and looks like it could be useful otherwise, but if you’re looking to use it for the same purpose it’s not worth it.

Don’t like it don’t have a google play store. Broke screen within 1 week. Other then that.... works good

The screen reflects off of light so much you cant see and the adds and games are annoying. After setup anytime you open the tablet and it was in sleep mode youll had a game add

Some apps are good while others are glitchy Facebook and Facebook messenger and spectrum don’t open work

It's a fire tablet. It has the basics but there are better out there.

The battery seems to not hold charge after close to a year, but my kiddos enjoy it while it lasts

Don’t like being limited with what I can put on there for apps

I have not used this yet we got this as a Xmas gift for the young in hoping there satisfied

Too many “commercials “ie ad pop ups for apps etc.

Very slow processor. Good for a young child. Picture is ok.

It didn't have android system on it so I took it back

A lil better, too much adverts which runs d battery fast
