Bought this from Best Buy because you had the tablets that didn't have the sponsored Screensaver. Who wants add on your kids tablets? Turns out that was mentioned anywhere on the page. Kind of dishonest don't you think?

Garbage you cant do anything with this. none of the amazon apps work. getting playstore to work you have to root it which was very difficult. this product is garbage

I purchased a Kindle fire which was useless and also made several calls to Sarah who was to setup a free setup on our large screen and failed to do so.

Was very slow when loading pages and after having for 3 days it will not charge even though it shows it’s connected and charging. Very disappointed and would not recommend at all

Nope definitely do not buy, if you want a tablet this is not the way to go, if you want a digital book get the paperwhite with the back light, you will not be disappointed in that.

I think the one I bought was defective. Freezes continuously. Resets itself to Japanese. My Fire HD 10 is great. I got this as a gift for my scared of technology parents. Did not go well at all.

The item was just purchased 1-1/2 months ago, and it stopped working already. It won't turn on, even if fully charged. Very disappointed.

This unit DIED less than 60 days after received. Warranty should have been at least 90 dies. Will never buy another of this brand unless i receive replacement unit!!!!!

Not a very good tablet. Operating software very clunky, does not operate very smooth. I guess I am use to using an iPad.

Not real happy with it due to the fact it runs with Amazon Alexa. It was a gift for my grandson it got put in a drawer as pretty much useless to him I feel misled when I purchased it.

I returned the tablet due to i could not connect it to the internet. Sales person told me it was a bad item to purchase.

This item froze up in language mode and I had to sent it back. Bought a small iPad instead from apple store

just not a good system with very few apps. Only bought it for ring but it's too slow even for that. Avoid

Jumps from original page to another, Took it To store, Suggested deleting app & than reloading , Did not correct problem.

Excellent product. Bought this for my 11 & 9 yo grands and they were thrilled. Ir does need a case but what tablet doesn’t?

This table is horrible, dont buy it. It's hard to use and you cannot download normal games that are on other tablets.

Got it for my grandpa he said its slow and he didnt like the format too complicated

I cant get thus item to sign on to any internet service. I drive a truck otr. I wanted to watch movies, but I cant do anything with it
