Loved it for my kids and my grandkids loved it too

The 10th generation Amazon Fire HD 8 is a budget-friendly tablet with some improvements like USB-C charging. However, it lacks significant upgrades in processing power, resulting in occasional lags. It's suitable for basic tasks but doesn't stand out in its class.

Great and easy to use! I got this for my mother for Christmas who was opposed to having a tablet or to reading e-books. But she was pleasantly surprised and even said, "This is pretty cool!" when I showed her everything she could do on it. Reading, watching Prime TV, Facebook, YouTube and a number of other things she enjoys.

I had the 1st generation of the Kindle about 8 years ago. Liked it and decided to give this kindle a try for the price. It's awesome! It does everything I need it to and goes fast. The battery life is also very good on it as I only need to charge it about every 2 days depending on how much I use it. Also a great device to read books on.

A significant upgrade from my 4 year old kindle. No real limitation to apps that I use regularly on my Android phone but no native connection to google store so apps that are saved there will not transfer save points to the kindle without some tweaking. Lots of library apps available. all in all a good low cost tablet choice.

I bought this Amazon tablet to control a sound mixer. Works great with the google browser.

Nice little tablet for home use for basic stuff. I mostly use it for watching streaming content while doing chores, etc. Relatively inexpensive and will do plenty. I wouldn't try to do anything serious on it. It doesn't have everything that android tablets have to offer since apps are limited to Amazon Store offerings, but so far, I've found everything I needed.

I love this tablet is everything that I want. I have all the apps that I needed and I love how clear I can view movies, books, e-mails and etc. I would recommend this tablet to all my family and friends ❤. What I also love about this tablet is that is easy to use the apps and search for anything quick.

The Kindle Fire is a great e-reader and much better than an iPad for reading ebooks, but for everything else it’s not a great tablet. It’s laggy and has a very limited App Store (it uses the Amazon App Store and not the google play store). Even though this is advertised as a tablet, it is really only good for reading. The size is perfect, because it is not too big or too heavy.

We got it today & its really nice.. Best part you can creat your kids profile & keep track of their screen time for reading, games & videos.. You also have your own profile where you can watch prime videos, use alexa & much more.. even you can download apps like netflix & youtube.. Its a great product with 2 year worry

I've only owned Samsung tablets in the past and bought this because it was on sale for a very good price. I had a little difficulty figuring this tablet out since it isn't operated by Google. It uses their own operating system which, takes som time to get used to. I bought this as my old tablet was outdated and needed too, many updates. For now, it'll do.

Great for our children. We have two kids. They each have one. Perfect for on the go. Keeps them happy in the car and on the plane. Snappy. Great for media consumption. Disney+, Hulu, Netflix is what we use it for the most.
