Brought this as a gift for a relative. He is using it to stream and watch sports. Excellent price for the tablet. This is the third tablet that I have purchased from Best Buy.

This is a fun tablet to use. I even built 3 different stands for it so it can be watched in different rooms without carrying a stand with it all the time.

Works as it should. Decent battery life and easy to read in the dark. Great value. Highly recommend. Works with library downloads.

The Amazon Fire HD 8 Tablet is a great tablet for the price, I have had three hd tablets and have been happy with each one of them, they all have worked well and the graphics are great along with its durability, these are the only tablets I buy.

Love my kindle so much easier than trying to carry big books if I broke it today I would be ordering new one today. Love the way everything transfers from you old device to your new one

Very good screen and OS. This is our 3rd Fire tablet. Eight inch model is great for slipping into large pockets. same as iPad Mini but much less expensive.

I highly recommend this product for ease of use. The only thing i recommend is purchasing an sd card for more storage.

I bought this tablet for my wife right after Christmas. It is so much improved over previous Fire generations - better graphics, response time and battery life. Definitely a keeper!

My son loves it . We got it for him for Christmas. Its better than the kids tablets . There's more memory, and it was a cheaper price. Over all probably the best tablet out there now

I purchased this for mainly reading and so far so good. Its lightweight and a perfect size ( my last tablet was too heavy) My only disappointment is that It doesn't support Google playbooks app.

Got this tablet for a 6 year old, she, like other 6 year old's can be a bit rough on everything they use, but this tablet has stood up to the abuse.

I have more than 10 Fire tablets and this 8 inch with 3 gig ram is the best. Fast start up and smooth operation. Don't think of saving a few bucks by buying the non plus version.

Great little tablet for the money. Can watch movies, pluto tv (free), surf the web, games, ect. Very good battery life per charge. Got mine when it was on sale, plus free shipping. Great price.

Item was purchased to be gifted for use as an e-reader. Product load speed and clarity are great. Screen is perfect size for comparison to actual book.

My nephew loves it. It is an upgrade from an older Kindle Fire. He says the battery life is excellent. It not a gaming tablet but that’s all he does and has not had any problems with it.

MY SON LOVES HIS SO I GOT A SECOND ONE FOR MY OTHER SON AND THEY JUST LOVE THEM. THE BATTERY LAST WAY LONGER THAN I THOUGHT IT WOULD AND THEY ARE VERY GOOD QUALITY.

The fire does well in most tasks. It is a basic tablet, not for sophisticated needs/tastes. For me, it is fine because I mostly want to download lectures, watch the internet and check email.

It is a good tablet. Depending on how you use it, it is excellent for amazon media consumption. Not so good if you are trying to use the tablet for productivity purpose. Maybe HD 10 will do.
