Purchased for my wife. She has seen me use my original Kindle and Kindle Fire 7 & 8 over the last 8 years (they all still work) asked me to get her one. I have taken them all over the world with me. She loves using it at home on the couch and she can drop it in her purse and go. Works great with Prime anywhere you get wifi. Purchased on a good sale so it is a great value. I have checked out hundreds of books from the public library to read on Kindle.

Love this tablet. It's not to big and not to small. I can watch movies and go online.

Same size as an iPad mini. But to many fields to scroll through, to many ads. Good if you don’t care if it breaks, it’s very durable. More so than an iPad least as it feels. But I’d save and get an iPad. If this didn’t have any ads and more customizable with Home Screen options I would say absolutely buy. But ads are everywhere. No one in 2021 likes ads, no one likes being spied on and those are the 2 things Amazon does very well.
