I like the ease of use on this tablet, but, it's a bit too heavy to hold with one hand.

Great tablet! Extremely easy to use and great for watching movies and listening to music.

The device is considerably less expensive than a traditional tablet of similar size, and while it may not have the raw power that a tablet does, for my light-weight purposes (solo machine-based games, email, light web browsing, and maybe even reading the occasional Kindle edition), it is more than adequate, and if something should happen to it, it is by far a less expensive unit to replace.

My daughter is on this all the time. A great quality tablet.

Fast shipping. price is reasonable. Tablet is heavy. Has ads every time I turn it on. It's not like other tablets that I'm use to. If you sale and shop on Amazon a lot, then this tablet May be for you. It is slippery and heavy 8' . I would return it, but there is a $45 restock fee. It is a nice table. I just would like to put my own icons on the home screen. And not have so many ads. I'm also, afraid they may charge me for accidentally clicking on something. I don't like anyone having control of my cc. Thanks

I upgraded to this fire he 8 plus from my 8.9 fire tablet and I am happy with how fast the response is. I hope to get a wireless charger when the price comes down or another compatible charger is found. Movies look and play great on this tablet. Setup was smooth and easy.I have been using it for a month and I am very happy with no problems so far.

Easy to use and easy to set up. The touchscreen is really responsive. Easy to add apps and games. I ordered a case for it immediately, because it's so slick I was afraid I would drop it.

I bought this as a christmas gift for my wife, as a replacement for an older model. She loves it, as it is significantly faster than the previous generation. She mostly reads books on this tablet, but will stream movies and tv shows from time to time.

I enjoy using my Amazon Fire to do my reading, a quick search or to use it to display cooking recipes. I am sure there are many more features I need to play around with. I highly recommend this product for your reading, playing games, and more on a bigger screen than your smartphone.

Not too big and not too small - Just the right size for reading and big enough to view a movie, etc...I just love it!!

If you are looking for a coat effective fire tablet then this is best....it does not have a playstore...instead it has Amazon store

I really love the size of this tablet. It's not too big or too small. Yes, it does come with ads but you can pay a small fee to have them removed. So far I am loving my tablet.

I have several Kindles. Purchased this one for the 64 GB. All my Kindles to include the Kindle Reader that I bought 15 years ago are still working fine. Excellent product.

Replaced an older model with this one. I still love it! Great price for everything I'm able to do on it. I read a lot and purchasing Kindle books is very economical than purchasing a hardcover or paperback book.

Nice tablet, my old one gave out on me, and amazingly it was less expensive here than on Amazon.

If you can catch this one on sale, then go for it, but if it's full priced - get something else. Even with the RAM upgrade this tablet is underwhelming. Basic tasks lag, web browsing lags, watching movies lags. Also, screen started to pull apart right out of the box. The only plus I can give it is battery life, it lasts a couple days for me, but I use it for reading.
