I bought this to use when I travel but I find I’m using it more at home to read. Great for reading and quick web searches. It’ll definitely cut down on the number of bookshelves I need to build to house all our books.

My last Kindle Fire lasted years, until Amazon stopped supporting the “Store” function so that I could add more books. There were 200+ books on it. This one functions fine so far, but is more difficult to navigate because of all the added features I don’t need. I’m hoping it lasts as long as my previous Kindle.

Great way to save weight & space vs carrying books while on vacation. Great place to download travel guides! These days, important to save weight & space traveling. Fire HD 8 is a great way to do exactly that and to keep reading!

I like Kindle books and had quite a few on my old Fire table that I dropped and shattered the screen. I have an iPad but don't like it as well as I did my Fire tablet. Amazon was sold out but Best But came to the rescue.

I went back and forth between the Fire and the Kindle because I was mainly looking for something to read books on. I ended up with the Kindle because I would be able to use it to watch movies, etc. on trips. As it turned out, I love the size and presentation of books on it, too! Great purchase!

Works perfect, my nephew loved it. Easy to use and battery charge lost for long duration.

Decent tablet for the money. I believe they discontinued these tablets though

I was going to return it until I figured out how to get Google Play store on it, now it is actually useful for what I wanted it for

We bought this as an upgrade, for our son, from the Amazon Fire Kids edition. The tablet works as it should and the battery life seems to be good. We ended up with the ad version. You can pay a little more yo eliminate ads on the lock screen, but we haven’t done that yet. The ads are not too bad. Overall, we are happy with yhe purchase.

Like it, but it is slow. Running a simple word gaming app either the app crashes or the tablet causes it to crash. Other than that, I love using it for browsing and other apps.

The quality of the tablet is very good. The screen quality is good. Easy to use.

Love the lightness of the kindle. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that the apps don’t always work great with the kindle! Also maybe some grips on the corners would be nice!

This is so much better then an actually kindle! I can read my books without it glitching out on me. Wither it is in the car, or before i go to sleep. I love taking books with me on trips and this saves so much room and weight!

Great product. Reasonably priced. Easy to use. Sharp video and you can also surf the internet. You can also read. You can do anything you could do on a more expensive tablet. My parents are older and never really use high tech but they easily navigated this tablet and they love it.

Pros: The tablet features a sturdy build quality and a compact, lightweight design, making it easy to take on the go. With up to 8 hours of battery life, my kid enjoying use without constantly needing to recharge. Cons: The device's camera quality is relatively modest, making it suitable for basic snapshots. The resolution may not match that of premium tablets. i do not like the display quality The tablet went unresponsive many times. I need to reboot it to fix the issue. Overall this inexpensive table is good for kids. No need to worry even they break it :)

I am so pleased with this purchase. The main reason I bought it was for ebooks and I'm able to access all the apps and sites I use for reading ebooks. It's great!

Good tablet for what you say for. Even has induction chargeing can get stand to double as echo when not in use. Updates lost several games for some reason. Can play some game on it with streaming Luna service. Volume seems very quiet.

I love this devise. I use them daily. Efficient, quick and dependable. Charges fast and runs on the charge for longer than expected.
