Too many commercials

I use it mostly for reading books but recently took it on my vacation for email, internet, etc. Bigger than my phone and easier for emails and other internet functions. Gave only 3 stars bcz I paid extra in order NOT to have ads to clear before using but I still get the ads!!! Most disappointing!!!

I took it to my local Beat Buy and they gladly took it back and ordered me a new one. I got it about 4 days later and the new one works perfectly
