I am highly recommending this product, top notch!!

Bought this for my 4 year old. It is very reliable. Has plenty of kids apps included. Great parental controls. You can also download Netflix and YouTube videos to watch offline. Subscriptions required

This is a great kindle for smaller children. My 4 year old has already dropped it several times, with no issues. Easy for him to work and comes with kindle free time, which has a lot of educational games.

My daughter loves this thing. Its been thrown around, stepped on and snotted all over. Its survived it all. It has amazing apps with free time and definitely worth the purchase.

Was a gift for the children at another home as I have no children. A great suggested gift. He is enjoying it. The grand parents have put some controls on it. A good tablet for the other home.

There are better tablets out there, but not at this price point, and if you are a prime member it's a no brainer!

This tablet provides kids a platform to play games and watch videos in a safe manner. I don’t have to worry about my child’s accessing media that is not appropriate for his age.

We bought this tablet for out 8 and 9 year old sons after looking at other tablets. The ease of the tablet is wonderful and I love the protective case that came with it! Wow! It’s great!

I really am so pleased with this item. My grandson loves it,when he comes in from school the first thing that he goes for is this. He knows how to work it with no problem,we love it.

I like that I can program it for down time so it is the tablet letting them know it is time to put it down. I also like having the ability to program it for different activities

My two year old granddaughter loves this. Easy to set up and use. We had one problem when it suddenly stopped working. Held the power key down for 40 seconds and it's as good as new !

Got this for my kids this xmas (3 yr old twins). They absolutely love it and have become very adept at navigating everything (ridiculously easy for them which is a little scary). They've dropped it many times and the cushion on this thing has paid for itself already. Lots of kid-friendly apps - although it seems like you can only pick from their set list of apps - this might be an android/amazon thing I haven't figured out yet. My only complaint is it can be a little slow sometimes, particularly with downloading apps. Sometimes it shows the icon for an app like you have it, but then when they click it the wheels start spinning and it begins downloading, and it takes a couple of minutes (whereas my iPad would do it in about 15 sec). I don't mind the wait, but 3 yr olds get impatient quick. At least it's teaching them patience if not anything else. :)

The kids love their tablets and now live on them in the car and around the house. The reason for the lower review tho is the charging port can break very easy. These are suppose to be for kids to use who are forgetful and hard on their toys most days. I would recommend that you get the BBY warranty at purchase because you will use it with in a year. Even within 3 months of purchase. Also don't like that if the tablet is faulty (shuts off and wont turn back on) or charging port breaks in under 6 months that you must repurchase the warranty from BBY. It should carry over to the replacement tablet and no additional cost. Other than that it is a great starter tablet for kids.

Excellent tablet for kids and the case protect the tablet from breaking. Lots of programs that my kids love and protection to see what my kids view. Highly recommend it for kids.

The tablet itself is solid, but the Freetime app is what makes this tablet shine. Books, movies, shows, games at the child’s fingertips, fully customizable and limitable by parents. The free year will definitely be extended in our household.

I purchased both the pink and blue tablets at the same time so each of my kids (4 and 10 at the time) could have one. Over a year and a half later, they are still great tablets. While the kids have their own profiles on their tablets, we were able to sign in with our Amazon account and add the Roblox games to each of the tablets. The tablets come in great for long or short trips in the car and are usually used on a daily basis around the house. The usage was free for the first year and now we pay around $11 a month for the kids to be able to access the media on the tablets.

I like the different apps that they have for kids to play and also to for learning. As well as the different setting that I can use to lock things that I don't want them to see.
