The only reasons I give it an average rating is because first, it was difficult to navigate through the settings. Any time I wanted to switch to another profile between my kids I always had to go to the profile picture and then settings and a few other steps. The other reason was because the tablet is not tolerable towards any amount of spills. Yes, I know its an electronic and it's not waterproof, but my autistic son accidently spilled a bottle of bubbles next to the tablet and although the bubble solution was underneath the case, the issue was that the solution seeped into the crevices and got wet inside. The tight casing and low curves on the side openings for the charger and headphones is a problem especially if you need to remove it immediately. Sadly, our tablet only lasted one month and it fried just after our time to return it expired.
