We love these for kids. Our iPad is more user friendly but eventually we get this set up for the kids too. Most apps work and big enough for them to take places.

I purchased this tablet to replace a larger one , that stopped working. Didn't know anything about Fire tablets, but took a chance, since the price was right. Depending on what you use one for, I suppose it's a great tablet. There are lots of things on there, that I might not ever use, books,movies, TV, etc.,but it serves it's purpose for me. I mainly just search the web and utilize my email. Not really slow, but slower than I expected. Overall, i guess it's a descent tablet to have.

My goal was to be able to use the Amazon-Fire HD 8 Tablet for listening to audiobooks. I like to do that especially when I am sewing (which is most of the time). It much easier to just listen without looking up with a visual DVD, and breaking concentration. This is working out wonderfully. I've already gotten through about 10 audio books. Using the Overdrive program in connection with my local library is great on the Tablet.

These 10th gen are actually great not slow like the older ones and you can side load the Google play store too.

Users can be oriented with Apple Music, iTunes, Apple Movies etc. then obviously iPads are better choice. If you use more of Microsoft products, then buy Surface. Go for Amazon echo if you have Amazon Prime membership and you read on Kindle app. You’ll be disappointed that none of Google apps work and Vudu and Udemy does not work. Hint: don’t buy at full price and you won’t be disappointed

Great for reading but nothing else really. Would just spend an extra couple hundred and get an ipad

works as expected , setup went smoothly. wifi is a little wonky . but i'll figure it out had to add some more storage overall a good working tablet

this is my first tablet. I am finding it hard to obtain apps that are not in the Amazon system like my church. I am finding issues with this tablet as I go along. The trash can does not come up when I get into my email and the links outside of my email don't always work. I need to be able to get apps like GPS that are not in the Amazon systems. This tablet is clunky. I should have gone with a no-name brand tablet. However, it is easy to use.

I love it! It comes in handy to keep my grandkids entertain. It's Very easy to use. I'm happy with my purchase!

The tablet was purchased for a senior. It was easy for her to use. She is able to communicate with her family now.
