This works great for web browsing and watching Youtube, Netflix and pretty much anything we try and do with it. Battery life lasts a long time and we couldn’t be happier with it. Its a great size screen, not too small and not too big that you cant transport it easily. Highly recommend it!

Gray tablet for the price not bad good for some kids

I purchased this for my 9 year old daughter and she seems very happy with it. It's capable of doing all the apps that she wants to do and it pretty sturdy. We didn't get a case for it for about 6 weeks and it help up nicely. I like the size as it isn't too small or too big. It's at an excellent price point as well.

I bought it to watch my home security cameras easily, because it was affordable. But it turned out it is useful more than that. Now I am doing many things with it, such as reading Kindle and academic journals, watching Netflix and other videos, listening to music, etc.! No need for expensive ones.

This tablet has been a great purchase to replace my mother's much older HD7 she's had for years. We are very happy with the increased performance and storage , and how easy it was for her to transition all her stuff to the new HD8 after purchase. Highly recommend this for casual browsing on the internet, casual games and puzzles, and ebooks!

It's a very solid tablet. It's not top tier. But for the money it's very good value.

I bought this for my wife who uses it 100% as an e-reader. For use as an all purpose tablet, it is extremely fast and responsive, and a great value. The main drawback is having to manually put the Google Play Store on the tablet, which is no easy task. Still, it is well worth the money, no matter how it is used.

Purchased the Amazon Fire to replace my Samsung tablet that died :( . It's a great adjustment from the ease of using my Samsung, but I'm adapting to utilizing Amazon App store vs. Google Play; and the differences in navigating screens. I'm not disappointed considering the price and do recommend it for those wanting to save $$$. It's great for downloading my library ebooks and audiobooks.

I love this tablet. I am a nursing instructor and have to hand grade a lot of assignments. Being able to literally hand write comments, with the pencil,, on the documents in the exact spot is amazing. I am not the techies person and this is easy to use and very portable. So 5 stars for it fulfilling my needs.
