I'm sorry to hear about the freezing issues you're experiencing, especially since you didn't encounter these problems with your previous Fire HD 10. To help prevent freezing, try closing background apps that aren't in use, clearing your cache (Settings > Storage > Cached Data), and ensuring your tablet has the latest software updates installed. If freezing continues, try restarting the tablet by holding down the power button for 40 seconds to force a restart. Sometimes these performance issues can be related to specific apps or having too many apps running simultaneously. I appreciate you noting that the device otherwise works okay, and hope these suggestions help improve your Fire Max 11's stability!
