Setup was effortless, and the streaming quality is crystal clear with vibrant colors and smooth performance. Alexa voice control makes it super convenient, and switching apps is seamless. It completely upgraded my movie nights—definitely worth it and highly recommend!

Posted .Hi DP357, thank you for providing feedback on the Fire TV Stick 4K Max. I am sorry to see the experience you have had thus far. Here are some steps to try and resolve the connectivity issues. 1. Unplug your router and Fire Stick, wait a few seconds, then plug them back in.
2. Ensure the HDMI cable is securely plugged into both the Fire Stick and TV.
3. Access your Fire Stick settings to view your Wi-Fi signal strength.
4. If possible, reposition your Fire Stick closer to your router.
5. Go to Fire Stick settings to check for and install any available software updates. If these steps do not help and your are still disappointed with the device you can reach Amazon Customer service 24/7 for assistance. You can reach them at 1-888-280-4331. Posted .Hello NOLA and thank you for providing feedback on your experience with your Fire Stick. I am terribly sorry for the buffering issue you are experiencing with your device. One recommendation I would have is to see if you have any pending updates that are slowing down or preventing your device from functioning to the best of its ability. You can check this by going to Settings>Device & Software>About>Check for Updates. Another thing you can test is your network speed to see if you are running fast enough for the best experience. This can be affected by a number of things but you can check this by going to Settings>Network>(Your Wi-Fi network name)>Run Speed Test. If there is an issue, there are additional troubleshooting tips that will come up on screen for you. If you still are having issues, I would recommend contacting Amazon Customer Support at 888.280.4331 to troubleshoot further and see what options are available to you. ||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A definite upgrade from the last one, a little faster and a little more memory, but they really need to label these better and change the naming. Just call them 1.0, 2.0, whatever but for crying out loud, year after year there is a new one but with the same name, so that if you use multiple ones through the house its hard to tell which is which. The user interface started out different than the previous, including a stupid login password change that let you kids end up seeing what you were putting in. But they changed it back (thank you Amazon). Kind of wish all the software engineers who design these would actually know how they are used.

Cancelled Dish Network for this and now have hundreds of channels free . Pluto love the older shows

If you’re familiar with the Firesticks it’s a step up from the regular 4K stick. More storage, faster processor, and a better remote. Easy to setup. Unlike Roku’s, the Firesticks allow 3rd party apps to be side loaded that aren’t available from Amazon’s AppStore. Get one when they’re on sale.

I love the extra button controls on the remote for ease of access. Next is the 16gb harddrive with the largest storage capacity on any model firestick. And last but not least, is the 1.8GHZ processor for Ultra high streaming & gaming. So say goodbye to the lag! Lol
