New Fire OS does not support certain apps

I'm not even talking about sideloading. I'm talking about apps previously available in Amazon's own app store. Tablo and Surfshark were nowhere to be found to install. I just went back to using an older Fire stick. I would have returned this one, but I didn't pay much for it. I just threw it on a TV I rarely use, hoping the apps I need will eventually be available so I can use it more. I would recommend sticking to Android-based Fire sticks as long as you can.

I immediately went out and purchased this firestick and it not only solved the issue but it connected with my Alexa device without me having to do anything (which was nice because I'm not the best at installation). Im very pleased both with the product and with the customer service upon purchasing it.

Upgraded to the 4K select for only $20 on Black Friday! Way faster and I can actually watch 4k video and movies on my 4k display.
